The villa it’s self has a superb location on Tierra del Sol, Mesa Vista with stunning views over the golf course. It has a fantastic back garden with a beautiful private pool and an under cover terrace with a dining table and chairs. Inside the villa is fully air conditioned, has hot water, is fully equipped with all linens, towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, TV, internet and phone.
This is one of the most frequently rented villas in Tierra del Sol, the home has two master suites, both with a bathroom featuring double sinks, stall shower and separate tub. It is located on a forever wild salina and overlooks the 14th fairway and green.

As long time visitors to Aruba we knew our recent visit would be fun. However, it was made that much more enjoyable because we rented a beautiful villa in Tierra Del Sol through Matt and Anna Smilie and their company. Signing up for the rental was very simple, the price was extremely reasaonable and the process through arrival was easy. When we arrived we were greeted by their staff at the house. The place was immaculate. They showed us all of the features and were very knowledgable about the property, answering all of our questions. They even made sure there were beach chairs and a grill as we had requested. On the day we were leaving Matt met us at the house, went through to view conditions and we were off to the airport,. We received a credit of our security deposit just 2 hours later. Never saw that before.
