My friends and I stayed here for a few days while vacationing in anchorage. The condo is really clean and comfortable; I would totally stay here again. The friendly owner was quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to and during our stay. We didn't use the kitchen but it has all the stuff you need to cook and then clean up after yourself. We did use the washer and dryer and that was super convenient. We also connected to the WiFi and that worked great. The condo has cable tv in the living room and master bedroom, but we didn't watch it much. My friends and I mainly were gone all day, and I loved being able to crash in my own room at the end of the day - as opposed to all of us sharing a hotel room. I also loved drinking coffee in the mornings on the balcony. I think this place is ideal for a group of 3-4 adults, or 2 adults and 2-3 kids. The condo is for able-bodied people only: it is located on the third floor and there isn't an elevator. If you're looking for an affordable condo, with all the amenities, centrally located in anchorage, this is the place. Like I said, I would totally stay here again! Thanks, Jeff!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Everything in the description was accurate. My wife and I were more than pleased when we arrived. The rental had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We have 4 grandsons in the Anchorage area and this condo is large enough that we had the "boys " and their parents for dinner and with 2 bedrooms and full bathrooms we had each of them for an overnight with us. It was tremendous! We will be repeaters for this property. The owner was particularly responsive to any questions we had. A real plus!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I jewel in the heart of Anchorage! Our family of five spent nine comfortable days in this condo. During our stay we were able to venture as far south as the Kenia Peninsula and as far north as Dinali National Park. Location: We found ourselves only minutes from the airport, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and all the amenities found in a city of Anchorage's size. The surprise was that we also found that we were only minutes away from hiking, sightseeing, wildlife, fishing, and all the outdoor activities that make an Alaskan vacation. Accommodations: Clean and comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to easily cook some of our meals. The tv and dvd player, not to mention the library of dvd's, gave us entertainment on those nights that we wanted to stay in. The beds and bathrooms were perfect after a day of exploring the Alaskan wilderness. Another pleasant surprise was the washer and dryer for doing laundry! Final thoughts: I would fully recommend these accommodations to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay while in Anchorage.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
