Our vacation condominium is located in the heart of Incline Village at TSP. LAKE TAHOE - one of the most beautiful alpine lakes in the world!
The Village still has that alpine setting with great restaurants, quaint shopping areas, and endless outdoor activities. Enjoy 72 miles of pristine shoreline, hiking along the scenic 150-mile loop Tahoe Rim Trail, or a round of golf at one of the area's championship courses. Swim, kayak, canoe, or raft at one of Incline's private beaches. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is a short, five-minute drive! There are 15 area ski resorts to ski and snowboard at, including nearby Northstar. Visit Reno (40-minute drive), South Shore (45 minutes), or historic Truckee (30 minutes).
This 1470-square-foot, second-level unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and adjacent dining area with a table that comfortably seats eight. Lounge on the sofa or love seat, curled up in front of a toasty warm gas fireplace or, gather around the tables for an evening of games. Each of the four bedroom suites has its own private bathroom and sleeping accommodations for two to five people. We have provided a portable crib for infants. There are also two (2) youth sized futons for the children to enjoy! The balcony is wonderful for viewing the nearby Diamond Peak Ski Resort, star gazing, and bird watching.
There is a laundry room on premises that is VERY reasonable and clean! For your convenience, there are barbeque stations on the ground level for your use while enjoying your stay in the condo.

We have five wonderful Grandsons! Our children and their spouses love to bring our boys to the condo. That is why we set up one room with a bunkbed that has a full size bed on bottom and a twin on top. There are also two youth sized futons so the little guys can bring along their sleeping bags and curl up on the futons!! Adult couples are quite comfortable using the full sized bed that is part of this bunkbed. We have provided a Playstation and Genesis Sega video games as well as several DVD and VHS movies.

We love the Sierras and Lake Tahoe is an absolute JEWEL to behold! Just being in this part of our country is magical. YOU MUST COME AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Enjoying the peace and quiet - the sounds of the trees with the wind blowing through them. Starlight walks at night are wonderful here! The nearby beaches are clean and just wonderful with picnic tables, barbeque pits, refreshment stands, snack bars, pools, showers, playgrounds and chaise lounges. These are private beaches making them really attractive. And the nearby restaurants have received rave reviews for their excellent cuisine.

We have stayed at the condo for 3 Christmas seasons! The place is perfect for a family to relax and celebrate - comfortable beds, lots of supplies in the kitchen to accommodate a big family and it feels like "home". The owners even do some decorating with a holiday theme It's great!
