Our condo in New Smyrna Beach has 2 bedrooms (1 King and 2 twin beds), 2.5 bathrooms a family room and kitchen. The condo sleeps 5 comfortably if you use the cot as another bed. It overlooks the pool from the 2 back decks. It's decorated tastefully in the Florida beach style. It is located in the gated community of Sugar Mill Golf and Country Club, where you have a security gate with a guard, 24/7. The location allows for beautiful walks along the quiet streets of the neighbourhood, a 15 minute drive to a car or no car beach, a pool directly in the backyard and a glimpse of the beautiful golf course at Sugar Mill. About the owner: We are a family of 5 who were born and raised in Montreal. We were both educated at McGill University and our kids attend school in the west island.
Why the Owner Chose Sugar Mill:
We purchased our properties in New Smyrna Beach because it is the most relaxing place to go, for our whole family. We have been vacationing here for the past 30 years and we consider it our home away from home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love our condo for the simplicity of it. It has a warm family feel. We enjoy having the pool in the backyard. The deck is wonderful for a morning coffee or an afternoon margarita. We love our long walks around the neighbourhood in the morning and the short drive to the beach and restaurants during the day.
