The Village at Bear Trap Dunes, "The Quiet Resort," is perfect for a family beach vacation or a golf trip. The townhouse is located on the first tee of the Kodiak Golf Course, just steps from the Club House (Pro Shop and the fabulous Den Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch) or the Pavilion (fitness center, clay tennis courts, saunas, hot tub, and indoor/outdoor pools).
Our PLATINUM rated, Non-Smoking (sorry, No Pets) townhouse provides an open floor plan ideal for families. Three bedrooms include a first floor master bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bath; upstairs second and third bedrooms share a full bath (half bath in one room) and has two full beds in one room with a double and single in the other room that can be pushed together to create kings or left separate. Relax on the front porch in rocking chairs or watch the golfers from the rear screened patio. You can barbeque and dine on the deck that looks out onto the golf course. The only thing you need to bring to "The Palms" is your own towels and LOTS of vacation spirit!
Bear Trap Village is located just two and a half miles from the Atlantic Ocean. Community provides a free shuttle bus to Bethany Beach (departing every 20 minutes during summer months). You can enjoy golfing, the beach, or tax-free outlet shopping in Rehoboth.

This property became our home away from home during our 2010 summer vacation and we were all pleased with the accomodations...roomy, clean, comfortable and very nicely accented. With married children and now grandchildren to include this place pemitted us to be comfortably housed together, under one roof, again. Access was easy and efficient to all areas of the house. Sleepy accomodations and bath facilities plentiful. I recommend this home to others considering a stay in the Bethany area.

My family and I just returned from a wonderful weekend at your property! The house was spotless and so tastefully decorated -- we loved it! We also found it to be VERY kid-friendly and we were so comfortable there. We hope to have the chance to stay again in the near future!

My family and myself thoroughly enjoyed this rental. It provided all that was stated and more. The furnishings were tastefully done and the home was immaculate. Since I am a golfer and that is my business, I really enjoyed being on the first tee box at The Kodiak Course. I played there twice and enjoyed it a great deal. My wife felt comfortable with the location as did our daughter and two granddaughters. They had a wonderful time at the beach and pool and spent some time biking throughout The Village. We have stayed in Bethany many times at Sea Colony West near the tennis courts and have always really liked the area. The only slightly negative fact was the amount of traffic in Bethany. It seems that it has really grown since we used to stay there. But the home, amenities and all else were perfect.

Thanks for letting us spend our family vacation at your townhouse. Although the weather wasn't the best, our stay was. We have three boys that we had to keep happy for a week during inclement weather. Fortunately we were able to do it because of all the amenities your place has to offer! The place is immaculately clean and close to the beach. Our children and their cousins were very excited to have a beautiful place to stay for the weekend. We have enjoyed our stay so much that my wife is already planning on reserving the place for next year or sooner.

We enjoyed our stay very much at Bear Trap. The place was decorated very lovely. Everything was so clean and well kept. We enjoyed the community center within Bear Trap with the convenience of golfing, tennis, pool, sauna, and fitness room. The beach shuttle was wonderful. We didn't have to move our car unless we wanted to go shopping. It is a great area and also close to outlet shopping and many restaurants. We definitely want to come back!
