The Village at Bear Trap Dunes, "The Quiet Resort," is perfect for a family beach vacation or a golf trip. The townhouse is located on the first tee of the Kodiak Golf Course, just steps from the Club House (Pro Shop and the fabulous Den Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch) or the Pavilion (fitness center, clay tennis courts, saunas, hot tub, and indoor/outdoor pools). Our PLATINUM rated, Non-Smoking (sorry, No Pets) townhouse provides an open floor plan ideal for families. Three bedrooms include a first floor master bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bath; upstairs second and third bedrooms share a full bath (half bath in one room) and has two full beds in one room with a double and single in the other room that can be pushed together to create kings or left separate. Relax on the front porch in rocking chairs or watch the golfers from the rear screened patio. You can barbeque and dine on the deck that looks out onto the golf course. The only thing you need to bring to "The Palms" is your own towels and LOTS of vacation spirit! Bear Trap Village is located just two and a half miles from the Atlantic Ocean. Community provides a free shuttle bus to Bethany Beach (departing every 20 minutes during summer months). You can enjoy golfing, the beach, or tax-free outlet shopping in Rehoboth.

From Oct.12th until May 1st for a 2 night stay a $60 cleaning fee will be added.
