I stayed here for four nights and had a very nice time. The condo has been updated, the kitchen and baths are spotless and there is everything you need to fix your meals. Well appointed. I would give this an excellent rating except for the furnishings which are slightly dated and soiled. But I didn't spend much time sitting around and this is a great place if you want close beach access and a good central location for Sarasota. I would stay here again, for sure.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway.
Owner response: Margie, thank you for such a nice review, I am sorry for the spots, since then we took care of that which was caused by previous guests, now it is all out. This is a brand new condo, fully remodeled inside with granite, stainless steel, king-size bed and so furnishing is new, was put into place in June 2012 when rental of this unit started. The furnishing is called 'The Rattan' which is a very much like Florida type and light-frame material, most guests prefer it - we did not intend to put in a square-like dark, but modern furnishing, most guests prefer this light Florida-type feature for furnishing. Thank you for such a nice words about my condo - this is a really beautiful place.
