This spacious beach house has four bedrooms and four and a half baths and is located on the canal with easy access to the intracoastal waterway. It also has a floating dock and sun deck for your boating and sunbathing convenience. Public beach access is just steps away. Three covered porches front and back allow for beautiful sunrise and sunset views of the pristine beach.
The house features a full kitchen with modern appliances and all new laminate floors throughout the downstairs. A large great room with Cable TV and VCR. Each of the three upstairs bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have a TV and ceiling fan. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. One upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms upstairs each have a double bed and a single bed in them. An outside shower with hot and cold water is convenient when returning from a day at the beach.
Golf is abundant with 37 golf courses within 30 minutes of Holden Beach as well as two marinas within a mile of the beach house. Seafood restaurants, shopping center, putt-putt golf, waterslide, and golf driving range are located just minutes away. Fishing pier and supermarket are within half a mile.
