Our lovely apartment with 3 bedrooms (individual air conditions systems), full futon in the living room area, 2 baths, a big balcony and fully equipped kitchen is located at the ground level of the complex for easy access. The unit has 1,500 sq ft, the space that you need. The condo's full kitchen allows our visitors prepare or cook all meals. It’s could be your home away at Joyuda Beach Cabo Rojo.

Joyudas’ neighboorhood is known for its seafood restaurants and is very near to the most beautiful beaches in Cabo Rojo.

This complex is the perfect place for couples or small families to enjoy a memorable vacation or a long stay. It is located at the Sea View Apartments, offering you, very private and quiet atmosphere with access to a secluded beach in Cabo Rojo.

Also, you and your party can enjoy different attractions and many restaurants in the area. Sea View Apartments is located at the southwestern part of Puerto Rico, where you will find lots of calm and gorgeous beaches. In addition, for the enjoyment of all ours visitors, the complex has swimming pool with gazebo, play ground area, gym and a basketball court. All of this enclosed within the Sea View Apartment gated complex with monitored access.

The Cabo Rojo town is plenty of attractions to keep you busy or you can choose to come here and just relax all day at one of the many beautiful beaches that the area has to offer. However, if you need nightlife there is a Casino in the next town of Mayaguez.

The apartment is conveniently located close to all three major airports in Puerto Rico; Aguadilla’s Borinquen Airport (BQN) is just a 50 minutes drive away, Ponce’s Mercedita Airport (PSE) is 45 minutes away and San Juan’s Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU) is a 2 and a half hour easy and beautiful drive.

No matter what the purpose of your visit is, the apartment and its surroundings have everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation.

Things to do:

Here is a sprinkling of things to do. Take a dip in the beautiful waters surrounded by verdant cliffs near the Los Morrillos Lighthouse. Hike to the lighthouse and see the spectacular views. Go to Los Ratones Isle via a short boat ride by a local and snorkel and swim there. Go hiking on the 12 miles of trail in the wildlife refuge. Visit the Cabo Rojo Plaza. Eat some of the best and freshest seafood and at restaurants nearby at Boqueron, Cabo Rojo or Joyuda, Cabo Rojo. See the bioluminiscient bay at La Parguera and if you are lucky you may be able to experience local festival and rich Puerto Rican culture.

But for lovers of surfing, they have to visit the beaches of Rincon and Aguadilla’s “Crash Boat” visited annually by many different people around the world who truly love the surfing.

Where to eat?

There are plenty of restaurants along the 3 miles stretch of Road 102 which covers the Joyuda area. Options include local cuisine, fresh seafood and even a sushi restaurants. Just the best of seafood on the island of Puerto Rico.

Where to go?

If you want to do more than just enjoying the privacy of the apartment, you can drive to many local places of interest. It is also within reasonable driving distance to many attractions located on the western side of Puerto Rico.

Puerto Rico’s southwest coast is full of activities for the whole family. In just a short car ride you can visit the Cabo Rojo Lighthouse and the Bird Sanctuary; a unique place in Puerto Rico.

Also, you can enjoy bike trails, fishing and boating sports. For something different take a drive to La Parguera in Lajas to dive or see the Bioluminescent Bay at night or visit Mayagüez and go to its Zoo.

Cabo Rojo is well known for its many beaches so you can go explore some or all of them, including some fisherman villages (Puerto Real is the nearest, ~ 5 miles south on Road 102). To the north there is Mayaguez, the largest city in the west of the island home of the Univeristy of Puerto Rico, Engineering Campus and the Zoo.

If it is shopping you are looking for, Mayaguez Mall has all the stores you might need from JC Penney to Borders; also with several options of national chain restaurants (Pizzeria Uno, Chilli's, etc.).
