About the owner: We grew up in southern CA and have come to favor warm climates and outdoor activities. We purchased this property as a vacation home and hope to spend more and more time here,especially when we retire.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Royale:
We were attracted to the resort like setting of Palm Royale Country Club, and find it and the surrounding area a kind of 'golfers paradise' with world famous golf courses just minutes away. The additional amenities at Palm Royale and surrounding areas provide us with the opportunity to participate in many of the activities we enjoy, including golfing, swimming, hiking, biking,relaxing by the pool, dinning out, shopping and of course an occasional golf lesson or 2 right here on site. Did I mention, an occasional night at a casino? Truly, there is something here for just about everyone.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We especially love the mountain views that surround us, and appreciate the abundance and brightness of stars we are able to see at night. We find Palm Royale to be a very peaceful and friendly place.
