The 17,000+ square foot, One Acre Estate is fully staffed, with three English-speaking house men, two chefs, two maids, and two gardeners. With the best location in Puerto Vallarta at the end of Los Muertos Beach, only a short ten minute walk to town, the Villa has hosted celebrities and dignitaries from around the world. There are eleven bedrooms with private bathrooms, and air conditioning, and a separate owner's beach house, perched over the sea with it's own private infinity pool, and separate entrance. Owner's house (the "beachhouse") is available by special request, and is the 12th bedroom suite, or can be rented separately as a 1 bedroom hideaway with its own pool and private entrance. In November, 2009, 3 additional 3-4 bedroom Villas (the Puerto Vallarta Beach Club) will be available to rent individually or in conjunction with the main Villa.
This estate is ideal for family vacations, corporate retreats, or small groups who enjoy privacy, security, and world-class service.
