We are offering our private home for vacation rental. It is about 1 mile from the lake, less than a 5 minute drive. Near all Incline Village community amenities such as 3 private beaches, golf courses, skiing and indoor recreation center with a swimming pool, all within a 5-10 min drive.
Our home has been completely remodeled. It sits on a large flat 0.55 acre lot. There is a new cozy gas fireplace for a warm ambiance, vaulted ceilings, brand-new furniture, with new log furniture in bedrooms with pillow-top plush mattresses, new kitchen with granite countertops.
There is a ample parking on a long circular driveway, even for an RV.
A large wooden deck in the back overlooks a large wooded lot with no rear neighbors. There's a nice patio set and BBQ for lounging with friends and family as well.
1 king, 3 full, 1 twin, 1 full futon. Sleeps up to 8.

About the owner: Our family would like to provide a vacation home to our guests which will create wonderful family memories. What attracted us was the close proximity to beaches, skiing, boating, tennis, hiking and of course golf. But just as important was the exclusive setting of the village and it's modern facilities such as the library, pool, gym, and the recreation center. Contact me personally to insure that your family/groups needs will be met at our beautiful Lake Tahoe Luxury Home.

We chose this property because of its location; it is centrally located close to all the amenities with less than a 5 minute drive to the beaches, recreation center, diamond peak ski resort, golf courses, restaurants and grocery stores.
