  The condo is in very good condition, clean and comfortable. Beds are top quality (firm not soft). It was nice to have the two humidifiers which helped to control the humidity. The bus stop for the Keystone ski slope and hot tub is a 30 second walk from the ground floor. You are the first to be picked up by the bus and the first to be dropped off on the return trip which is great! Family room is a little small for five people to gather in but acceptable. Nice TV's and large dinner table. I would stay here again and suggest it for others.

  Condo was in very convenient location, just off of main road. Person at main office was very nice and helpful. Was surprised to find condo was not on ground floor but but was up a flight of stairs on second floor. Not too much of a problem until one of us twisted an ankle on slopes and for transfering luggage/ski equipment. It was very clean and well equipped. Chair and sofa in living room were not very comfortable. A quilt on the bed in one of the rooms had blood stains on the underside which caused one of the kids to refuse to use it. There were extra pillows and blankets available so not too much of a problem. Found Murphy's restaraunt in Silverthorne to be our favorite. Good food at reasonable price. Went skiing at Loveland and A-Basin instead of nearby Keystone. Half the price, no lines and very good runs. Money saved on lift tickets was good enough reason to eat out every night instead of having to cook. Overall it was a nice condo and nice location.

  Owner response: We really appreciate the feedback on our condo as it is not often we get one. The sheets will be immediately removed and if stained they will be replaced. The chair and the couch comfort are a bit more subjective, but they could definitely be losing their cushioning as they have seen a lot of of use over the years. We will take a good close look at them once we have our new carpeting installed this Spring. We are so happy to hear the rest of your stay was nice and that you found the condo very clean, neat and fully equipped with a lot of extra items in case one had to be replaced. We also made it clear on our condo description that we are on the second floor of a three floor building. Yes you have a flight of about 15 stairs to climb to get to our front door, but you will also never have the problem of noisy neighbors above you. Thank you for taking the time to comment so we can make our condo an even better vacation experience. ***It seemed like this guest described a better than average experience, with a few unavoidable glitches that were all resolved by a well equipped property, but they chose to graded us just average. This is a very subjective process, so please see our numerous past reviews that have had nothing but excellent things to say about our condo.***

  I stayed here for a week during Spring Break and it was very nice. All the creature comforts you could want and not far from the slopes. You do need to take 2 shuttles to get to River Run if you want to snowboard there- it took a few tries for me to figure that out, but you can get to the mountain very easily and everyone is really friendly and helpful. I would stay here again- the condo is great and Keystone is wonderful.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Great condo.Very comfortable. Had everything you would need. Great location in Keystone, walking distance to the ice skating rink. The hot tub and barbecue were right across from the unit. Would definitely rent this condo again.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  Thanks so much for donating your condo for the charity auction. We were the lucky ones with the winning bid. it has been a beautiful weekend, and we are sitting on the deck, drinking wine, and listening to the river. Another beautiful evening in Keystone.

  First day of summer! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We enjoyed our vacation in this idealic and beautiful mountain getaway to the max. The location was perfect for us "city slickers". The comfort provided is beyond compare. We look forward to recalling the memories of our trip for years to come.

  We stayed at this condo from and it worked perfectly for a family of 6. The shuttle for skiing picks up right in front of the condo and the hut tub and steam room are also right in front. . The property is just as described, the owner and management company were helpful and accomodating. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the area.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

THE SEASONS TOWN HOMES 27 Lake Ridge Circle, Keystone, Colorado 80435. #1842. Unit Phone 970-468-4738 1. CHECK- IN TIME IS AFTER 4 p.m. MT and CHECKOUT is 10 a.m. MT. No early check-ins or late checkouts unless prearranged with us or SkyRun Vacation Rentals at 877-SKYRUN1. This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time. 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. 3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult or guardian. 4. RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit will be applied to the final payment. Our management company, SkyRun Vacation Rentals, will require a credit card to be kept on file at check in. This will now serve as security for the condo and its contents. There will be no charges to your card if the following is met: a) No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear and all decorations and accessories are accounted for. b) All charges accrued during the stay are paid for prior to departure. c) No linens are lost or damaged. d) All keys are returned and the unit is left locked. 5. PAYMENT – Payment equal to 100% of the rental rate is required 30 days prior to arrival. Please make payments in the form of traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks or Personal Check(s). Credit Cards are happily accepted for payment through our VRBO / HomeAway booking service. 6. CANCELLATIONS – A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 30 days of the arrival date may forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. We are always willing to work with our guests and potential. We realize “things happen”, and thus we will always try to rebook the condo in order to avoid any charges for a cancellation. 7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum recommended number of guests is 6 and the absolute maximum is eight (8) persons. 8. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen and towel set-up. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Towels for the spa area are located in the men's and ladies rooms. Please do not take towels or linens from the unit to use in the hot tub area. 9. KEYSTONE RESORT POOL and SPA – As our guest you do have full access to The Seasons hot tubs, spa and community area; however, the Keystone Resort pool and spa area are not included in the agreement. We have tried to secure a reasonable group rate, but have been unable. All guests are welcome to use the facilities, but at additional cost through Keystone Resort. The 2013 / 2014 rate is currently $25 per person for adults and discounted or free for younger children, all on a daily basis. We hope to include this amenity with our rentals in the future. 10. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and / or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 11. RESORT SHUTTLE SERVICE - All of our guests have free shuttle access from the many bus stops within the resort. Keystone Transportation offers a convenient schedule that will pick you up directly in front of our condo building and take you to the skiing base areas of River Run Village and Mountain House. The shuttle also services the Keystone Conference Center and most of the local restaurants. Shuttles pick up approximately every 20 minutes and ride times average about 5 - 10 minutes. Pick up stations are located all over the resort and you are never far from a place to catch a ride. The service is “on-call” during the off-peak, summer & shoulder season. If you need a ride, just give them a call at (970) 496-4200 and a shuttle will show up and take you to your desired destination. 12. INTERNET – High Speed Internet access via Ethernet and Wireless is free of charge. The Ethernet cable is located on the desk in the loft. Instructions for usage and troubleshooting are located on the desk and or on the kitchen counter. The modem and the wireless router are currently installed in the keyboard drawer of the desk in the loft if a reset or power down of the system becomes necessary. The Key Code for the wireless system is: "seasons1842" (small caps required) 13. HDTV, DVD and STEREO – Please see laminated cards in the TV area and magazine basket for detailed instruction on the use of the entertainment system components. The bedrooms TV’s have basic cable and some over air DTV. The living room TV has full digital cable and interactive TV guide along with a Blu-Ray player that is WIFI capable and set up with Netflix and Pandora Internet Radio. 14. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned polices must be approved in writing in advance. 15. PLEASE make yourself at home and have a great stay!
