Why the Owner Chose Kahana
We had visited Maui for several years on business when Margaret decided to look for a place of our own - it's a relatively short flight from San Francisco, and we just loved everything that west Maui had to offer. So, while there for a week on business, we spent evey evening looking at a number of condos in the area. What we wanted was to get away from the crowds and find a small development tucked away from the masses. Finally, on our last day on Maui, we found THIS condo - and the minute we saw it we knew we had found our second home. Oceanfront, 16 units total, amazing sunset views of the Pacific and Molokai, we were just hooked.

We've outfitted our condo as our second home, so you'll find all the amenities you'd expect at your own place. We're replaced all the applicances and provided all the kitchen tools and cookware you'll need to make gourmet meals, and yet you're within walking distance to a number of fine restaurants (and some fast food ones as well).
You won't be fighting crowds for a pool chaise or BBQ grill - you WILL be relaxing in a no-stress environment minutes away from Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kapalua, and all that West Maui has to offer families, golfers and friends.

Owner's Map of Kahana
We are Michael & Margaret, and we've had the good fortune to travel all over this beautiful planet thanks to jobs that have taken us to Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and yes, even Maui. We have three kids, ranging in ages from college grads to our little first-grade daughter, who's flown over 300,000 miles - most of that in our laps ;)
We reside in Northern California, and own vacation homes in Maui, Costa Rica and London, some of our favorite places in the world to be. Since we can't be in all of them all the time (a star trek transporter would help) we offer our homes as vacation rentals while we're not in residence.
We have both spent much of our careers at technology companies, Michael as a marketing executive and Margaret as a sales executive. We encourage our future guests to contact us anytime to talk about Maui, our condo, or the area. We'd love to share our favorite places to dine, swim and surf - and where the kids would enjoy going as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Maui. The kids had a great time in the "private" pool and little beach down below. What fun we had seeing the turtles and Napili Bay and exploring the bamboo forests in Paia. The condo was perfect. PS: SO glad Jen & Bob have you as neighbors and we were able to find out about your place through them.

A short tripo to Maui. My husband and I just had a wonderful time inyour great spacious condo on the ocean. We enjoyed snorkeling at Kahekili Beach and hiking in Hana while on our vacation in Paradise. It was nice to have such a comfortable place to come home to after long hot days in the sun!
