Bernice is incredibly helpful. She responds quickly and efficiently to help make the process of finding and renting a cabin enjoyable (I couldn't believe it). The cabin itself is THE BEST. It's HUGE!!! When you are downstairs you feel like you are in a different "wing" of the home, and the backdoor leads straight to the King sized Jacuzzi and Sauna. Both are also clean, and roomy. The living room is also the dining room and it's also the kitchen- the whole upstairs is the perfect common room for everyone to relax and lounge. Everything that is listed in the amenities is actually provided, and then some. I also want to add that the entire place is made to be cleaned easily-- nothing in this cabin is hard to maintain. It is homey, and lovely, and the neighbors are wonderful. We used this for more of a social trip but it can definitely be a very family friendly location as well! Our 3 night 4 day stay will never be forgotten, and a large part of it has to do with this amazing cabin and it's sincerely helpful owner!

I've been meaning to write this a lot sooner. My family, girlfriend and I stayed over New Years 2012 and what an amazing place! First of all, Bernice was super awesome and made booking this cabin very easy!! She promptly responded to our emails in regards to the cabin. This cabin is first class all the way: It has a nice set up, affordable, very clean &comfortable, nice and spacious patio, has all the amenities you need esp in the kitchen, plenty of towels, enough TP for 6 people, and NEVER RAN OUT OF HOT WATER!!! which is a miracle! Love that : ) It is a walking distance to the shuttle which was very nice too! Overall, a nice and cozy place to come to after a long day of snowboarding. Thanks Bernice, we will be back!!

Our second time. Great place to stay

This was our second time in this condo and we enjoyed it as much as the first. A large clean unit with a great central location in Mammoth. Close to the pool and spa. Don't forget there is a garage too... We hope to be back to Mammoth next year and will choose this unit again.

Very nice condo, as others have noted, unusually clean and well-stocked for a rental. We put one family downstairs with 2 BR and 1.5 baths, and another upstairs with 1 BR (double+bunkbeds)and 1 bath, so plenty of space for everyone. NICE FEATURE: the master bedroom downstairs has a back patio that is only steps away from the swimming pool. Great location for kids. 3 blocks from grocery store, many restaurants. Would stay here again. Only missed amenity: hair dryer.

We have stayed here a number of times, and look forward to returning in the future. Unlike other "rental units" the owners actually furnished this unit nicely. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the overall layout is perfect for multiple families. We have used the condo with 3 families (all with children) and did not feel cramped. The owners are very friendly, and easy to communicate with,and we have recommended this condo to friends who have had similarly positive experiences.

This was our first time in Mammoth and we had a wonderful time! The condo was very spacious and comfortable, more than enough room for two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The unit was very nicely decorated, so we felt right at home. It was great to be able to just zip out to the spa to soak after a long day of hiking and exploring. Bernice was very prompt in answering questions by email and provided a very detailed instruction sheet, so we knew just what to expect. Check-in/check-out was quick and easy. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time and the condo was just perfect! This was our first time in Mammoth, but it won't be our last. We loved having a warm "home-base" that was conveniently located and stocked with everything we needed. We had plenty of room, the updated kitchen & bathrooms were nice, and the extra storage space in the garage was great for our equipment/gear. We were able to walk to the jacuzzi & steam room right from the master bedroom deck. I was worried that it might be a bit noisy...but it was not a problem at all. Working with Bernice was great and key pick up/drop off was super convenient. We will be back!

This place is AWESOME! The place is so spacious and has everything you need to make your getaway comfortable! Close to the lodges, restaurants, the market, and the hot tub! We didn't want to leave! Thank you Bernice for all your help and we look forward in staying in your place next season!!!

The condo is very spacious and nice. I was a little nervous that it wouldn't look like it did in the pictures, but it was better than the pictures! The kitchen/living area was great for spending time with the family. The owner was very nice and always available for any questions we had. We would recommend it to our family and friends, and would definitely stay again. Thanks Bernice!

The condo was definitely more than what I expected! Very spacious,cozy and comfortable. Love the newly remodeled kitchen. Hugh couch in the living room. The garage fitted all of our wet snowboards after a long day at the slope. I just wish the master bedroom had a bigger bathroom. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone who plans on staying in Mammoth. The place was very easy to find and close to everything you need. Will definitely come back again!

Wow! What a nice place to stay! The condo was very cozy, inviting and in a great location. All immenities were well thought out. We had a room for the boys, a room for the girls and a "hideaway" for me! We took advantage of the spa, used the garage for snowboards, boots etc. and that couch is SO comfortable! The owner is great about answering questions and concerns. We'll definately be back.

We stayed in this condo for 5 nights with our adult children. There were enought hanging hooks for jackets, gloves, hats, etc. It made the place look neat at all times even with our large group. The single car garage held all our wet snowboard gear. Great Rental, sorry we didn't book in time for this year.

What a great condo and perfect location. Best boarding trip ever, in large part due to the wonderful cabin with its awesome interior design and killer mountain views. We walked to all the cool breakfast spots and ski shops not to mention the best coffee shop in Mammoth. We'll be calling soon to book our next trip. Sarah & Syd

We truly enjoyed our stay!! The surroundings in Mammoth are amazing to begin with but the condo was the icing on our perfect vacation. We loved the remodeled kitchen and ended up eating in a few nights. That saved us some money too. The condo was comfortable and beautiful. You should submit it to one of those home remodel shows for review. We've discovered a favorite home away from home and will be back again soon. Thanks.
