Great for a small family
Great for a small family
This place was great for my husband and son with his fiance. We really enjoyed the Thanksgiving holidays here and the media room was awesome for watching the big games! The townhome was clean and had high end finishes that we appreciate. The kitchen was very well outfitted and we couldn't ask for another thing. It was a cozy place and the master bedroom and bath was a pleasure to unwind in. It would have been nice if the kids could have had a connecting bath but the design was overall functional and worked well. We would book again! Thanks for accomodating us.

I spent 4 nights at the townhouse during the first week of Oct and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's in a great location...you can walk to everything in Livingston. I used it as a base for checking out the entire Livingston/Bozeman area for a possible move and it was perfect. The townhouse was furnished with everything you could need for a stay. All sorts of kitchen equipment, washer-dryer, bathroom necessities....I really can't think of anything that was missing. It's a great place to stay for days or a month. The owners/managers always answered emails promptly and there were no problems at all. A great stay!

The Sweetwater Townhouse is everything, and more. This beautifully restored residence exceeded our expectations regarding comfort, amenities, and convenience. The home offers everything you need for an eventful or relaxing vacation: large bedrooms/bathrooms, washer and dryer, unbelievably well-appointed kitchen, lovely fenced courtyard, internet connection, and proximity to the charms of the Livingston area. The town home sits in the prime area of Livingston transitioning from commerce to the lovely residential district. The cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, park, playground and churches are within blocks of the home. Although we had top-chef tables nearby and available, we often times found ourselves enjoying the ease of “cooking in” to be a peaceful end to a busy day of fishing and hiking. The description and photographs do not fully capture the traditional elegance of the property. The home is spacious enough for two couples, or a couple with children. The beautifully landscaped courtyard offers an invitation for morning coffee, a picnic lunch, cocktails, or after-dinner conversation. The property owners are professional and attentive. They responded promptly to my email inquiries and made every effort to ensure our needs were met. We especially appreciate the gracious hospitality they extended when we found ourselves in a challenging travel predicament. We are making plans for another trip to Livingston and sincerely hope the Sweetwater Townhouse is available for our next visit. Meanwhile, we have already had the opportunity to share our strong recommendation of this property to our friends and travel partners.

Owner response: Thanks for the kind words Lisa, we also look forward to having you back!
This is a great condo in downtown Livingston. We will definitely stay here again. Kitchen and living area are on the main floor, 2 bedrooms + 2 baths upstairs and a tv room in the basement. Our only complaint is that there was not enough light in the tv room and not a very inviting place to watch tv
