The house and yard area, including pool, lived up to our high expectations. We had two couples stay with us the first week and the house layout worked very well. The 2nd week, we had one of our Dads and our son and his children, ages 6 and 8. They felt the amenities and facilities were great too. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and serving. We enjoyed the barbecue. The house is within a few miles of extensive paved biking and walking paths. We would recommend this to our family and friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Spectacular setting with fruit trees , pool and huge house . Everything was above and beyond what we had envisioned .All the luxury of the highest rated homes for a $$$ price. We rented this property with another family (7 in all) as a baseball retreat to see our sons playing college baseball. We had a blast. The home was fantastic, big, easy to get to, very nicely appointed, great backyard area, fully equipped. Dee was great to work with, extremely helpful and concerned that our stay was good. We would fully recommend this property to anyone wanting a "home" to stay in while in the Phoenix area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have used V R B O many times,and been well satisfied ,but this has been the best! The location is close to shopping,and easy access to the freeway.It is in a quiet neighborhood,with a very large professionally maintained back yard.The outside covered seating area,and dining table were used many times.The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware,and utensils. The house was very clean,beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture and beds,and the three bathrooms were much appreciated by the three couples in our party. The owner is wonderful to work with. We had no problems at all.I would love to stay at this house again,and would recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our first experience using a VRBO property and it was definitely not our last. This property was spotless, beautiful, and the owner was wonderful to work with! It was very convenient to the 101 Highway in Phoenix and to shopping and dining as well. With six adults in our party, there was plenty of space for all with the property's four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. We were all so impressed with this beautiful home and would absolutely stay there again!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
