Antlers Lodge condo description
Ski-in from 4 O’clock ski run and cross the street to ski-out on the Snowflake chair lift. Walk three blocks to town to enjoy a meal. Enjoy a spacious and serene condo with beautiful views of the Town of Breckenridge, Mt. Baldy and Peak 8. Listen to a summer concert at River Walk Center. Relax by the stream that runs past our condo. Drive two hours from the Denver Airport to our condo. Come experience the best location in the town of Breckenridge, a premier American ski resort.
This townhome style condo has 1,600 square feet of living space. A tri-level with great natural light throughout, vaulted ceilings in bedrooms on the second and third floors, bright living room and dining room and fully stocked kitchen on the first floor. A large heated garage for one car has ski storage and reserved parking for a second vehicle outside. Appointments include 4 HDTVs, complimentary high speed wireless internet, gas fireplace in living room, a jetted tub in the master suite, and a washer/dryer on the second floor.
There is ample room for eight persons around the dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. If you wish to cook for the group, there are full sized appliances and a selection of large pans or you can have meals delivered to your door. The living room has a soft leather couch to gather everyone together to watch a large HDTV (37”) with 58 cable channels to choose from. There is generous storage for winter parkas, boot trays and hooks to hang clothing for drying.
Two bedrooms have queen beds with ensuite full baths. The master bedroom stands alone on the third floor includes a large bathroom with an oversized jetted tub and a walk-in closet. This is a lovely quiet room with a comfortable chair, step out balcony and views of Mt. Baldy over the town. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a view from the step out balcony up the slope to Peak 8 and overlooking the creek. The bunk room sleeps four persons in two bunk beds, suitable for children or adults. Bunk room guests use the bathroom with shower across the hall. Each Queen bedroom has a wall mounted 32” HDTV. The bunk room has a HDTV (15”) that can be set up to play with a guests’ game box.
Winter: Ski/snowboard Destinations (Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe, Copper and Vail), Ice skating.
Summer: Mountain Bike, hike, music concerts, white water rafting, fly fishing.
Year Round: Breckenridge Recreation Center (description below), Upper Village Pool and hot tubs.
Charges and Payment Terms:

Reservation dates are not secured until payment and signed rental agreement are received by owner.
50% is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Total charge includes: Rental Amount, Sales Tax of 11.675%, Damage Deposit ($200 deposit is fully refunded if no damage), and Departure Cleaning Fee of $135. Cancellation: If reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, the cancellation fee is 15% of total rental amount. If it is cancelled less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival, the cancellation cost is the total rental cost. If the condo is re-rented, the cancellation cost is adjusted.

- Breckenridge Recreation Center a 5 minute drive or shuttle bus ride (880 Airport Boulevard) is available at a nominal fee. In addition to a gymnasium the 69,000 square foot center offers indoor tennis courts, lap and leisure pools, a water slide, a racquetball court, basketball courts, indoor rock-climbing wall (top rope, bouldering and lead climbing), an indoor track, weight training and cardiovascular equipment, yoga, aerobic dance and a sauna. The Stephen West Ice Arena offers ice skating and hockey the whole family can enjoy (public skating sessions daily). The free Breckenridge shuttle has a bus stop across the street from the condo. Summit Express shuttle can transport you from the Denver airport to the condo door and back. Rocky Mountain National Park, a two hour drive to the north, has stunning views and wildlife. This condo was simply awesome. Very clean,roomy and comfortable. Loved the fact that the kitchen had many staples that other places just don't have. My kids wanted French toast one morning and thought they were out of luck since I hadn't bought cinnamon at the store. Looked in the cupboard and there it was! Grilled out one evening and sat by the creek for dinner. Just beautiful. I would definitely recommend it to my friends or family and would love to come back again. Location was great, within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge. The only "negative" comes from my kids. As the upper portion of the bedroom windows don't have blinds, the morning light comes streaming in very early so they couldn't sleep in. Not necessarily a bad thing. However, I would suggest that anyone travelling with teens or tweens bring sleep masks for them.

We housed 2 families of 4 in this property for a 4 night ski vacation. The layout was perfect...especially the bunk beds for the kids (4 kids under the age of 10). The property is sneaky big with plenty of room. We did not feel crowded at all. I am convinced there may not be a cleaner property in all of Breckenridge. This place is immaculate. The location is super convenient. When the owner says steps from the Snowflake Lift...no kidding less than 100 yards. No misrepresentations in any of the owner descriptions. And, by the way, the owner's incredibly organized approach to renting and quick response made the transaction seamless and worry free. Should we decide to go back to Breckenridge this Antler's Lodge property will be my first call.

This property was as described, with excellent access to Snowflake lift (1/2 block walk) same distance to a very good rental shop which we used, and ski in right off 4 O'Clock run right behind our condo. We especially liked the main living room, dining room and kitchen area which was open and very comfortable for 3 couples. 3 bathrooms were very convenient and everything was clean and well kept. The beds are on the firm side and light can come in the bedrooms early in the morning but all in all we would stay here again!

Why the Owner Chose Antlers Lodge:
Our family skied all over the western U.S. with our children. We frequently skied with a second family and their children. The condo was selected and furnished to sleep eight in bedrooms. We love the variety of skiing because some of us are cruisers and some are double black aficionados. We like the Town of Breckenridge - a real town with a genuine American West history. We visit Breckenridge in the summer to enjoy the National Repertory Orchestra. We personally maintained the condo in top condition for our guests.
