This beautiful condo is directly located on the beach and faces the Gulf of Mexico with fantastic sunset views. The condo is situated on a quiet section of Redington Shores Beach with easy access to St Petersburg, Clearwater and Tampa. The condo grounds are meticulously landscaped and are on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the area.
The unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The condo accommodates up to six people with a king-size bed in the bedroom, a 2 double-size beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Living room and both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s and DVD players in the living room and bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa (queen size). Internet access is available through our WiFi network.
The fully equipped kitchen a kitchen table that will seat 6. We have provided a reference book full of all of our favorite restaurants in the area. The pool is heated year round. The condo has 4 barbeque grills located on a beautiful grass courtyard. The courtyard is surrounded by both buildings of Monterey offering umbrella tables and abundance of lounge chairs that is perfect for socializing and enjoying your family with friends. There are coin operated laundry facilities on the premises.
Disneyworld is only 2 hours away, Busch Gardens is a 1hour drive and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away.
