A cool mountain breeze, crisp air and magnificent pines surround this home located in the Elephant Rocks golf community of Williams. Beautiful views of the golf course from the front of the house with private back yard overlooking Bill Williams Mountain. This immaculate home hosts a fireplace, covered patio and separate deck.
The fully equipped kitchen seats eight and offers everything you need to make your family at home. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort along with extra blankets for cozy nights.
Master bedroom features a king bed, spacious walk-in closet and private bath with garden tub, shower and double-sinks.
Second and third bedrooms feature a queen and a double bed (with twin rollaway), easily accommodating seven guests. Each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV.
Watch your favorite show on the 50-inch HD TV in the family room, complete with 200 channels of satellite TV and Bose surround sound. Relax on one of the four built-in recliner chairs in the sofa and loveseat. The stone fireplace provides warmth for cool evenings.
A game table, board games, cards, books, magazines and DVDs are available for your enjoyment. Also available are two mountain bikes and two children's bicycles.
A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

The best VRBO we have ever rented. Beautiful, very well-appointed house, spotless, lots of extra options for sleeping kids (blow-up mattress and a rollaway. Fellow who manages the place for the owners dropped by the first day to ensure all was OK. The owners were kind enough to let us ckeck out late when one of our kids was sick. Really a gem, and affordable too!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Ponderosa Playce was a very warm & inviting home in which to spend several days exploring the Grand Canyon area. The location was perfect & the photos accurately reflect this well-cared for and spotlessly clean home. The owners were very professional in all our interactions--prompt & accessible. We were well taken care of & given helpful information to enhance our visit. We always enjoy our stay at Ponderosa Playce. It's always clean, well maintained, and well decorated. We've even taken some ideas back about things we would want to do to our home. The owner is always helpful and assistance is only a phone call away. We were there to go to the Polar Express and it was during the first big snow of the year. The driveway and walkway were cleared several times during our stay making it easy for us to get in and out without any issues. This is a fantastic find in Williams. Three generations shared Ponderosa Place the week of Thanksgiving and had an absolutely wonderful time. The home is immaculate, cozy, and classy and literally 3 minutes from downtown Williams. The kitchens and bathrooms are well-stocked. The location was a perfect "hub" for us to make trips to Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and Sedona. Setting up the rental was a breeze. If you have plans for a trip to Northern Arizona and need a great place to stay for a family or a few couples, you cannot go wrong with this house.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We were looking for a place to escape the heat in Phoenix. After searching several locations throughout northern Arizona, we selected Williams for it's charm and beauty. Plus, we loved the lush greenery of the golf course area and the nearby lakes and hiking trails. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. You will be welcomed by the locals and greeted in a warm fashion. The town is very safe. Ponderosa Playce is a member of the Williams Chamber of Commerce.
