Rented this charming studio for two months and was so pleased! Description and photos are exact. Loved the cottage, loved the location and owners! I would definitely rent again and would highly recommend to anyone without any hesitation! You will not find a better rental in Montecito!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This is a really nice guest studio which sits behind the main house, separated by a row of trees( for extra privacy) on a quiet residential street. The cottage itself is spacious, comfortable, and extremely quiet. The photos are an accurate depiction of the interior. There is also a nice front porch and yard as well. The owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. There was some wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived, which was a nice touch! Compared to other places to stay in this area over Christmas, the price couldn't be beat. Would recommend!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

This cottage exceeded my expectations for location, cleanliness, and amenities! Lynn really out did herself and creating a home away from home. This cottage has everything you would want and need! A very lovely outdoor area for BBQ and lounging/sunning. And in walking distance to lower and upper village, Butterfly Beach and a quick drive to downtown Santa Barbara. I felt so comfortable staying here, and I can't wait for my next visit!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This cottage exceeded my expectation regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. Lynn thought of everything that a person would want in a home away from home! This cottage is very private and quiet with a very lovely area for sitting outdoors BBQ with a glass of wine! The kitchen is fully equipped. I had such a wonderful stay here. This cottage is in walking distance to both Montecito's lower and upper village. Plus this is a great neighborhood for taking long walks...close to the butterfly beach and a very short drive to downtown Santa Barbara. I'm definitely staying here again!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
