Top comfort and stylish apartments in an exclusive country house style will help you forget the daily life routine and find energy and relaxation. Here in Little Meran you have pure sun morning to evening if it shines. We owe this to the southern layers of the beautiful Wank mountain ranges. From here you can start for all your attractions and leisure activities. Our apartments are situated in a very quiet location 5 minutes walk from the centre of Partenkirchen. Each apartment has separate entrances and underground parking space and has a colour TV with satellite system and DVD / CD stereo system. An under floor heating system ensures a pleasant temperature inside. A lift allows you to manage without having to use steps (disabled-friendly). Each of the 2 bedrooms offers spacious room in the stylish and luxurious country house ambience. A room for washing, drying and ironing in the house, also a ski and bicycle storage.
Golfing in the mountains: Golf Club Karwendel: A special excellence of the place lies in its unique scenic location: The upper Isar valley opening towards the south is only bordered by the mountain ranges Karwendel and Wetterstein. Played on three former river terraces, which merge in to a glacial moraine tract in the north. The Golf and Country Club Karwendel is an open golf course and is accessible to all interested golfers. *** Golf Club in Oberau: This 18-hole course is located in Werdenfelser Land. From the course, golfers have repeated views of the bizarre mountain ranges of Alpspitze, Zugspitze and Waxenstein in Oberland. The course is actually not in a mountainous area. Steep climbs and frequent inclines, as is common on courses near mountains, are rare to find. It is pleasant to walk on relatively flat courses with gentle waves.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen is located at the foot of Zugspitze, Germany's highest mountain (2,962 m) and is one of the most significant climatic health resorts of the Bavarian Alps and the winter sports capital of Germany. The Olympics venue of 1936 and the World Cup venue in 1978 and 2011 offers pristine nature, secluded corners, cultural and culinary highlights, adventure, relaxation, spa and shopping in sophisticated malls. The offers of sporting activities both in summer and winter are varied. Choose from the various spa treatments such as Ayurveda, Thalasso, natural hay baths and numerous forms of therapy. In the streets and lanes of Garmisch-Partenkirchen you feel a special mix of international flair and Bavarian tradition. The elegant shops, art and antique shops, which also carry original souvenirs other than the traditional handicrafts, invite you on a shopping spree. Enjoy the picturesque mountain panorama.
Ski: Alpine skiing: Until late spring the glacier ski area on the Zugspitze is a magnet for Alpine skiers, snowboarders, carvers and freestylers who also technically appreciate snow-covered, classic slopes and guaranteed snow conditions. Other than the well-groomed ski runs, the Zugspitze region is a real paradise of deep snow. With the Viva Winter Fun-Fest again this year the ski season begins in November. Fun, frolic and action are the top priority this weekend. From beginners to racers everyone finds their favourite slopes: 118 km of slopes for all difficulty levels, including the world famous 'Kandahar', Germany's only slope with 'World Cup-license'.
