Relax in your own private swimming pool...Beautiful Lanai, with awesome Ocean and other Island views! 2 individual Villas with common wall. Walk out one sliding glass door and into another. Each Villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Each Villa has it's own Master Suites with Private Lanai's overlooking the lawn area and the Ocean. Each has a Family Room, both with Ocean views. There are 2 flat screen TV's in each Villa, each has a fully stocked kitchen We have cable TV, wireless internet, and telephone. Free long distance calls. (to USA and Canada).
Beautiful views of West Maui Mountains, Lanai and Haleakala!! Just can't beat the home and all that is has to offer for the price!
This property is only rented as a 6 bedroom,/6 bath property. Will not be rented as a 3 bedroom 3 bath home.
Each Villa has a King Bedroom Suite, a bedroom with a Queen Size Bed and a bedroom with 2 Twin Beds(that can be put together as a King Bed, if needed. There is also a Queen Size sleeper sofa.
You also have a the use of 2 clothes washers and 2 clothes dryers. Central air-conditioning is seasonal. Available from JULY 1 to September 1, each year. There are ceiling fans in each room.
Daily Trade Winds offer wonderful ventilation.
The swimming pool is a Work Of Art...All hand set cobalt blue small tiles with 2 Sea Turtles tiled in on the bottom..
This is a one of kind property, the ocean views are incredible. You can lay in your master bedroom and watch the whales breeching in the Ocean or from your private Lanai's.
It is our hope that you will come and visit Maui, with all of your families, no need to leave anyone behind..we can sleep up to 14 guests!!

My family and I stayed for 8 nights and didn't want to leave! Our group included 4 grandparents, 4 30-something adults, and 4 kids (ages 15 months - 10 years old). This house was perfect for everyone. There was plenty of space so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The kids LOVED the pool and the beach - really fun but small waves so it was perfect for kids. The location was awesome. Sitting on patio looking out over the lawn to the ocean every day while the kids played on the grass or in the pool was great - a perfect vacation. Going out to the beach every morning to watch sea turtles in the water was another favorite. The house is really accessible from the airport and very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, other beaches so it works well for a large group. There is a large park with a playground and tennis courts within walking distance (with kids it was about a 20-25 minute walk; less than a 10 minute jog). The kitchens were great and fully stocked. It was nice to have the a/c when we wanted it, but we didn't need it often. The house isn't a luxury rental, but everything is in great condition, and the setting is the absolute best - private, quiet - gorgeous. It felt like home (if home is in a tropical paradise)!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

This house proved very comfortable for our group. The views from the poolside area are breathtaking. We could actually see whales! Wish there were a door connecting the two units but we got around that pretty easily. Loved the location too.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We do want our potential guests to know what all of our guests are thinking about our property and their experience at our property ....the good and not so good. (hopefully not too many, not so goods.!) We never know if there might be a problem once you arrive at the property. We do our best to test everything from light bulbs to flushing toilets, etc. If you do find something that is not working properly, just give us a call and there will be someone at you door within 12 hours to fix the problem, usually sooner. We have a full staff on Island that can help with any problem that arises, and a respectful, conscience Property Manager that is responsive to your every need. 24 hours a day!! It is important to us, that your needs are met, while on your vacation...or celebrating birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, or for whatever the reason is that has brought you to Maui...We are here to serve you..our guests...With Much Aloha........

Just returned from this beutiful and well equipped condo with great subzero appliances. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels including beach towels. The 2 condos side by side had a nice shared patio and pool with adequate outdoor furniture.The sunsets were amazing. We sawlots of whales being whale watching season. It was convenient to have a grocery store close and not have to go to the big Safeway. Six couples enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio and we hated to leave. We also enjoyed having the AC when we needed it .I asked before booking to make sure it worked for us. I would certainly return here while in Maui. Great place for the money-whale watching season is very expensive. Great place for families and close friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

I rented this property from Nov. 29 to Dec. 6, 2012. I just read the previous review by a guest that obviously seemed displeased. I have no idea why anyone wouldn't be displeased with this property. It was just as described on the VRBO site. In fact it was even more beautiful in my view. This is a gorgeous property with panoramic ocean views and a very private beach. The home has many custom features. The home was decorated beautifully and appointed with nice furniture. There are 5 TV's all working during our stay. Our family will be booking this home again next year for our family vacation and I would strongly recommend this home to anyone. It is a wonderful family home that can accommodate large families. Perfect for reunions and large family gatherings. Thank you property manager and owner for providing such a wonderful home for our enjoyment and Hawaiian experience.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

I recently stayed there on 10-16-12 to 10-27-12 it was my wife, 4 year old son , 2 year old daughter an myself. This was our first time in Hawaii and we thought we had gotten a good place just from the pictures we had seen. To our surprise when we got there the house was much nicer than we originally thought. The Pictures don’t do justice for as nice as it was. You’re like in your own private Island it was 10 times nicer than I expected. We had our on private pool so my kids had the time of their live, and the Ocean view / Sunset was breath taking every time. We had almost everything in 30 min drive a walking distance you have all you need. As for our stay we received grate service form Management on only problem we had was with the air been to cold and they came in 15 min.We highly recommond this vacation rental. Again the picture don’t do justice. We will be back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We love sharing our property with our guests as we know how hard it can be to find a beachfront property, that can accommodate up to 14 guests, on one property. We purchased this property with the intent of being able to share our home with other large families, that had a hard time finding properties that would accommodate all of the family members they wanted share a Maui Vacation. With over 3,600 sq.ft. and more than an acre of groomed lawn area and a white sandy beach, we have plenty of room for everyone. We don't charge by the person. We have one flat rate that is good a year!! (With the exception of the Christmas Holidays.) When we were looking for Beachfront Homes to bring our families to, it was impossible to find a reasonably priced Beachfront Property, that could accommodate all of our families. It was very hard to find. If we were able to to find a property that could accommodate all of our guests, the price was way beyond what we could afford.... Hence...our little piece of paradise was created!!! We love sharing our property and we welcome any suggestions you may have to make it a little better...We are on call 24 hours day....we are confident you will be happy with the attention we pay to our guests. We would love to hear from you...and welcome any questions you may have...We thank our guests again, for taking the time to right an honest review.....we do offer repeat guests a discount on their next visit or a reward for a confirmed referral. The location and property was nice. A group of us (13) stayed for 5 days. When we arrived it was very hot and the thermostats were locked out. The solar hot water only worked in the PM. There was no TV service in unit 2. There were no blinds on the doors or windows adding to the heat and no privacy. After calling the manager she sent out a maintenance man and we resolved a few of the problems. There were cockaroaches every night in the kitchen, and other areas. We were told an exterminator was coming but never showed. After the trip I expressed concern and was promised a refund, we agreed on an amount but was sent much less. She never responded to the 3 Emails I sent asking for the owners name and contact info. It was was a real shock to receive this review of our home & property from these very special guests. We opened our home to Wedding Guests who attended their daughters' Wedding. I am not sure why a guest would want to put such a negative spin on such a Memorable Event for the entire Family? All of the issues these guests had, were resolved in the first day. I never heard from the guests again, until this review. I just don't understand why these guests stayed for 5 nights, with no further complaints, if the conditions were as bad as described in their review?? I certainly would have been happy to refund all of the money they paid, if the conditions were as bad as they describe. Not only did they never call me again during their visit, but they invited their daughters wedding party to our home to entertain everyone. (at no charge). For reference to our future guests: The air-conditioner is not left on when guests are not in the home. But is turned on as soon as guests arrive. Regarding the solar hot water, yes it was working. Yes, there was TV. Enough said. We love sharing our properties with as many guests as possible. I know we can't please everyone, but we do really try! It is very important to us that our guests are happy. The $600.00 damage deposit was returned to PLUS an additional $400.00 was returned to these guests. The $200.00 bill to replace the negligent breakage of a window, caused during this guests visit, was not deducted from their damage deposit. Just for the record: We do not release any information to the public regarding our Owners Information. Privacy Issue. We welcome any and all information regarding our homes, please contact us at anytime with any issues you may have. We do ask, if you have stayed at one of our properties, please speak the truth. Unfortunately, it became clear to us, there are people who just want a free vacation. Owner's use caution, when renting your home.
