We needed a home that accommodated a large group. We had 18 people so this home was perfect. The home came equipped with everything we needed. We thought that the kids would get bored since did not have many games but the kids were in the pool everyday and did not mind at all for anything else. We loved the theater room. This is where most of the husbands spent their time. We had so much room that we didn't even need to use all the bedrooms. We will definitely be back to this home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We needed a location that had 8 bedrooms and the movie room was a bonus. Byron is very easy to work with and is as detailed oriented as we were. We have rented around the world and this is one of the better owners we have encountered. Photos are accurate, but I must state that the pool area was not as large as we anticipated. It was difficult having everyone outside for BBQ, especially kids. We had the pool heated and I would suggest that. The door code had been changed and the one we were sent was not correct but a call to the onsite person got us the correct one. We had planned on eating most of our meals at the house so having SAM's and Walmart almost within walking distance was a definite plus. Kids took over movie room with DVD's they never seemed to get tired of watching. Some of the group played golf and location was quite good and a pleasure to play. Others took to Disney and SeaWorld and both are within reasonable distance. I would definitely recommend this location although as the next generation has more children it will not be big enough for usRecommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time at your place, even though there was 14 of us it couldn't have worked any better, we really enjoyed are stay and hope to rent again next year. Thanks we will be sure to tell others about your home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a wonderful stay with a total of 10 people (4 kids). The house was as advertised and worked well for a group of our size with lots of bedroom options. We had a small issue with the pool but it was quickly and efficiently dealt with. The owner is very responsive to questions/concerns. The location was excellent in a nice gated community, and a large fenced in back yard meant we were not concerned . We would certainly stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About: We had a wonderful vacation in Orlando a couple years ago. It's such a magical place that turned everyone back into kids. And we enjoyed so much everything from the sunshine, the theme parks, food and shopping. When we decided to have our own vacation home, there's no doubt it's Orlando! We chose a beautiful villa in Lake Berkley Resort which is conveniently located right off Rt. 192 in a quiet natural surrounding, only 10 miles to all the Disney Theme Parks. My favorite part of the resort is the fishing dock and beach by the lake in the resort that one can enjoy some quiet time after a thrilling day. The villa has a huge private pool and fenced backyard, and has plenty of rooms (total 8 bedrooms) to accommodate a big party. We hired professional designer to build it into our dream vacation home featuring cutting edge entertainment center -- a 60 inch flat screen TV, a Blu-ray player that capable of playing all kinds of online media from Netflix, Hulu, and making video call right on the big screen TV to share your joy. We also built a 10-feet screen movie theater right in home to enrich the magical experience. Welcome to your home away from home and let the fun begin.
