The large wrap-a-around beachfront balcony lets you enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim, and the boats coming through Perdido Pass into the Gulf. The master suite private balcony offers views of the marina and Cotton Bayou's dancing lights at night.
Phoenix 7 welcomes you with a spacious lobby and gathering area, an on site check in desk, free WiFi throughout the condo and complex, and meeting rooms for your business needs or family reunions.
Spend your days on the beach or in the wonderful outdoor pool, indoor heated pool or hot tubs. The exercise facility, racquet ball, tennis and basket ball courts will give you the workout you desire, then relax in the his and her saunas.
We are only a few minutes from all the fun and activities, located about 10 minutes from Gulf Shores and the Florida state line. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper. Our condo allows 10 people to sleep comfortably. Flat screen TV's and DVD players are provided in the family room, and all bedrooms. A Blu-ray player in the family room will enhance your movie viewing.

We enjoyed our stay for a month and found the unit clean and very well stocked with things needed to cook, entertain and enjoy (books for reading and relaxing, movies to watch). I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to stay in Orange Beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

There is so much to do right in the complex, indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools, racquet ball, tennis, exercise room and saunas and hot tubs. We love the location.
