Lovely 3 bedroom home in the 'Heart of the Thousand Islands' Alexandria Bay. Available weekly or weekend June 8 thru September 30. Enjoy all of the Village amenities from the privacy of this centrally located property. Included in this rental is a closed in private fenced yard where you can enjoy the deck complete with a gas grill, fire pit, and a regulation sized horseshoe pit. Or you can enjoy a quiet evening lounging on the cozy front porch.
Inside you have a spacious kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher. Just bring your food, clothes, bed linens, blankets or a sleeping bag. and any special needs you may have. Dishes, pots & pans are in place. Washer/dryer, Netflix and Pandora streaming on the TV, DVD player and wireless internet for added convenience. Workout on the full body Bowflex gym or play a game of foosball and darts.
Easy walking (1 to 8 minutes) access to Uncle Sam Boat Tour, events, shopping, restaurants, bars, the beach, parks, and marina's. There is ample room for entertaining guests with the three comfortable bedrooms.

Our stay this wonderful house was very relaxing and worth the trip. The house was very clean and functional. Front and back landscaping were immaculate. Very nice and well kept yard. Todd was very gracious to assist us in getting to know the property as well as the town. As dog owners, the enclosed yard worked out perfectly for us. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Our evenings on the front porch sipping a glass of wine were priceless. The appliances and the outdoor BBQ worked well. Everything is walking distance to convenience stores, gift shops and restaurants. A five minute walk to downtown Alexandra Bay made it worthwhile. Thanks Todd! Definitely we will be coming back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

The house feels very homey and comfortable making it a home away from home! It is well maintained, clean and complete with furnishing to accomodate 6-8 adults. The house also has a spacious backyard and BBQ area. The location is very convenient from the small town area and the harbor making it stress-free to explore the islands. Owner is very accomodating, knows the area well and great with giving suggestions on activities that can be enjoyed while visiting Alex Bay. We definitely enjoyed watching a show in Bonnie Castle ( which is a 5 min walk from the house), riding the ferry to see Boldt Castle and Singer Castle and taking a hot air balloon ride over Alex Bay ! Biking around the area is also an enjoyable activity. We will definitely consider going back=)Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers.

This is an excellent property at a very convenient location in relation to downtown Alex Bay. The property was very clean and well maintained and the property owner was extremely accommodating. The location is a 5-10 minute walk to downtown and the fenced yard provides you with good privacy in the back of the house. The foot traffic was high in front of the house during weekends but the street remained very quiet during the week. THe proximity to the Walton Street store was great as well. It made getting ice and boating essentials a breeze each morning. The lack of dock availability means an extra expense however if you have a slip secured or don't have a boat that isn't an issue. All in all, great house, owner is good people, and I would rent here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners.

This was our first visit to 1000 Islands and we were so pleased when we entered the house. It was clean with nice furnishings and a private fenced in yard. The dart board, fooseball table and horseshoes were fun additions. We enjoyed the short walks into town every night and it was so close to the marina that we rented a boat from as well as to fishing sites, a drive-in and miniature golf. It was also a short drive to Clayton for kayak rentals, fishing and swimming. Kurt could not have been more accomodating and easily accessible for any questions that we had. We would stay here again.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers.

Rental Agreement Landlord: Kurt Freitag Tenant: _______________________________ 914-844-3604 WhiteCedarPM@gmail.com Property: 65 Walton St. Alexandria Bay NY 13607 Rental Rate _________; Refundable Security Deposit $250.00; Pet fee _______________ Arrival date _________; time: 4pm ; Departure date __________; time 11am IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, landlord hereby leases to tenant and tenant hereby leases from landlord the above-described property together with any personal property listed under the following terms and conditions: 1. SECURITY DEPOSIT: $250.00 Deposit shall be returned to tenant same day after the residence is inspected at check-out based on agreement. SECURITY DEPOSIT: $250.00 may be applied to a) cleaning costs, b) key replacement costs, c) cost for repair of damages to premises and/or common areas above ordinary wear and tear, and d) any other amount legally allowable under the terms of this agreement. A written accounting of said charges shall be presented to RESIDENT same day of move-out. Where applicable, The RESIDENT shall immediately pay any additional damages above $250.00 security fee for damages to OWNER. If none of the above applies, security deposit will be refunded same day of move-out. 2. MAINTENANCE: Tenant has examined the property, acknowledges it to be in fair repair. Tenant agrees to keep the premises in clean and sanitary condition. In the event damage has been done by Tenant or Tenant's guests, either intentionally or negligently, tenant shall pay for such repairs at check out. 3. USE: Tenant agrees to use the premises for residential purposes only and not for any illegal purpose or any purpose which will increase the rate of insurance. Tenant further agrees not to violate any zoning laws or subdivision restrictions or to engage in any activity which would injure the premises or constitute a nuisance to the neighbors or landlord. 4. HOLD OVER: Tenant shall deliver possession of residence in good, clean order and repair to the landlord upon expiration of this agreement. 5. RIGHT OF ACCESS: landlord shall have the right of access to residence for inspection and repair or maintenance during reasonable hours. In case of emergency, Landlord or Maintenance person may enter at any time to protect life and prevent damage to the unit. 6. PROPERTY/PERSONAL LOSS: landlord shall not be liable for damage to Tenant's property for any reason or cause whatsoever, except where such is due to landlord's gross negligence. No rights of storage are given by this Agreement. Landlord shall not be liable for any loss of tenant's property by fire, theft, breakage, burglary, or otherwise, nor for any accidental damage to persons or property in or about the leased premises resulting from electrical failure, water, rain, windstorm, etc., which may cause issue or flow into or from any part of said premises or improvements, including pipes, gas lines, sprinklers, or electrical connections, whether caused by the negligence of landlord, landlord's employees, contractors, agents, or by any other cause whatsoever. Tenant hereby agrees to make no claim for any such damages or loss against landlord. Tenant shall purchase renter's insurance on all personal property if such coverage is desired. 7. PET: $50.00 8. OCCUPANCY: The premises shall not be occupied by more than ___________ people. 9. TENANT'S APPLIANCES: Tenant agrees not to use any heaters, fixtures or appliances drawing excessive current without the written consent of the landlord. 10. PARKING: Tenant has a parking lot for two - three vehicles. Visitors may park on the street as allowed, but must move if conflicts with neighbors. Campers, trailers, boats, recreational vehicles or inoperable vehicles shall not be stored on the premises without written consent. 11. FURNISHINGS: House is fully furnished by the landlord. Any articles provided to tenant and shown in photos are to be returned in good condition at the termination of this lease. 12. ALTERATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS: Tenant shall make no alterations or improvements to the premises (including paint) without written consent of the landlord and any such alterations or improvements shall become the property of landlord unless otherwise agreed to in writing. 13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This lease constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified except in writing signed by all parties. 14. HARRASSMENT: Tenant shall not do any acts to intentionally harass the landlord, other tenants or neighbors. 15. ATTORNEY FEES: In the event it becomes necessary to enforce this Agreement through the service of an attorney, Tenant shall be required to pay landlord's attorney fees. 16. SEVERABILITY: In the event any section of this agreement shall be held invalid, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 17. RECORDING: This lease shall not be recorded in any public records. 18. WAIVER: Any failure by the landlord to exercise any rights under this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of landlord's rights. 19. ABANDONMENT: Any removal of landlord's property without express written permission from the landlord shall constitute abandonment and surrender of the premises and termination by the resident of this Agreement. In the event tenant abandons the property prior to the expiration of this lease, landlord may re-let the premises and hold tenant liable for any costs, lost rent or damage to the premises. 20. SURRENDER OF PREMISSES: At the expiration of the term of this lease, tenant shall immediately surrender the premises in as good condition as at the start of this lease and to return it in "moving-in clean" condition, or to pay a special cleaning charge of $200.00 (two hundred) upon vacating the premises. The tenant shall turn over to landlord all keys to the premises, including keys made by tenant or tenant's agents. 21. DAMAGE TO PREMISES: In the event the premises are damaged or destroyed by fire or other casualty or are declared uninhabitable by governmental authority, landlord may terminate this lease or may repair the premises. 22. LIENS: The estate of landlord shall not be subject to any liens for improvement contracted by tenant. 23. Miscellaneous PROVISIONS: a. Take affirmative action to insure that nothing is done which might place landlord in violation of applicable building, housing, zoning, and health codes and regulations. b. Keep the dwelling clean and sanitary, removing garbage and trash as it accumulates, maintaining plumbing in good working order to prevent stoppages and leakage of plumbing fixtures, faucets, pipes, etc. c. Operate all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and other appliances in a reasonable, safe manner. d. Assure that property belonging to landlord is safeguarded against damage, destruction, loss, removal, or theft. e. Conduct him/herself, his/her family, friends, guests, visitors in a manner which will not disturb others. f. Comply with all provisions of this Agreement. g. Tenant is responsible for children under their care. Supervision of children under the age of 18 in common areas is expected and mandatory. h. Garbage containers may not be taken through other neighbors property. i. Tenant agrees to maintain a telephone, and to furnish the landlord the telephone number and/or any changes thereof. j. In the event repairs are needed, tenant is urged to contact the Landlord immediately. k. Maintain all smoke/carbon monoxide alarms and fire extinguishers in good working order. l. NO SMOKING inside the house. If you must smoke, smoke outside the house and dispose of cigarette butts properly and safely such as in a water filled metal container. Tenant warrants that he/she will meet the above conditions in every respect, and acknowledges that failure to perform the obligations herein stipulated will be considered grounds for termination of this Agreement and loss of all deposits. This house is not situated on the water. However, the water and a view of Boldt Castle is within a 1 (one) minute walk. A 1 to 7 minute walk you can visit Uncle Sam Boat Tour, view of Boldt Castle, shops, beach with lifeguards, restaurants, bars, events, marinas, boat rentals, boat dockage. Next door is a quaint little market for anything you may want such as food, candy, drinks, beer, etc. And a golf course is a mile up the road. I do not have a dock space to offer, but dockage is available in town for a small fee and there is a boat ramp just around the corner.
Simply park your car/s in the driveway and leave it there... walk to everything.
