Beautiful 1600+ sq ft townhome with lanai in gated community. Home is tastefully decorated with queen bed in master, full master bath, including separate shower and jacuzzi tub, double sinks and dressing area, and full walk-in closet. On the same floor are located two bedrooms, each with bunk beds and another single bed, if needed. One bedroom upstairs can be used as an office or den, as the bottom bunk makes a couch and the room includes a computer desk. A second full bath is located upstairs between the other two bedrooms. Downstairs you have a fully equipped entertainment system in the living room, full laundry, half bath, kitchen, dining room, and lanai. You will enjoy relaxing on the lanai, which is private, facing trees and the edge of the development.
You will enjoy the community amenities including clubhouse, party room for rent, fitness center, pool, spa, saunas, sand volleyball court, basketball court, playground, and tennis courts. The community is peaceful for walking, running, or biking. We have four bikes available for your use (two adult, two children-sized) and a bike trailer for little ones. We also have pool toys and tennis racquets available. Parking is available in the driveway or in the single-car garage.
Want a relaxing day at the beach? We are only 15-20 minutes to the nearest beach and have provided you with a cooler, beach umbrellas, and chairs for your excursion. Prefer shopping? Downtown Naples has some of the best boutique and name brand shopping in the region. North Naples Regional Park, a 212 acre park, is only 15 minutes away and includes a water park with lazy river, several huge water slides, and children's museum.
Naples also boasts a dinner theater, several cultural centers, including the Philharmonic center, and many museums, including the Naples Museum of Art. Naples is world famous for its golf courses (over 50 in the area). The beaches are well-known for their fine sand and beautiful sunsets and you can partake of the many water-sports the region has to offer.

About the owner: Both of us grew up in the Midwest, and after having experienced enough of the long, cold winters, we started vacationing in Florida whenever we could.
Why the Owner Chose Summit Place:
Naples has great shopping, beautiful beaches, and of course that warm Florida sun! We like this townhome because of its location on a quiet street in a lovely gated community. All the bedrooms are on the second floor and the lanai backs up to a nursery, so there are no neighbors in the back and more privacy. With the many resort amenities offered at Summit Place, such as pool, volleyball, clubhouse, playground, etc. you don't even have to leave the community if you don't want to! If you do wish to reach the beach, it is a mere 15-20 minute drive as is downtown Naples.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The townhome floor plan makes it feel like a bigger house than the square footage suggests, since all the bedrooms are upstairs and the lanai adds a lot of square footage and a lovely place to have your morning coffee or just enjoy the sun. We have fully furnished the property with all you need for your stay, including beach and pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, cooler, bikes, bike trailer (for kids), and much more!
For a six month rental, we are willing to remove our furnishings if you'd like to bring some of your own. We are quite flexible.
