The home has two main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional detached bedroom with detached bathroom and outdoor shower. Private fenced in yard and garden/yard.
The decision of chilling out on the front porch catching up on all the Island gossip and events or relaxing on one of the three back deck/porches to relish in the peace, quiet, and calm that island life has to offer is the toughest decision you will have to make at this charming cottage. The outdoor living spaces are spacious inviting.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$1950 weekly extra days pro-rated.
Monthly rates vary according to the month - Typically $5,500 monthly - non-holiday
Nightly Rate .. $425/night. New Years week (dbl), call or email for quote.
50% deposit required to hold the dates. Other 50% due one month prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $250 due with second installment.
Security deposit will be returned after WaterColor is checked. Thank you.
We take cashiers checks or money orders or paypal payments.
Holiday Prices typically double for Christmas & New Years with a 2 Week Minimum.
