This house can be rented as a 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom
Located in the Heart of Old Town, this property is private, yet in the middle of everything. Two blocks to Duval Street, and two blocks to Fausto's, a local grocery store, and 4 blocks to Garrison Bight. The house boasts as much outside space as indoor space. The property has a large pool and jacuzzi, with pool heat available. The yard is completely gated and pet-friendly. There are a total of four off street parking spaces for the whole compound.
The main house has two full kitchens, one inside and one outside in the Cabana by the pool. The Cabana provides its own half bath and the Cabana kitchen provides a U-line ice maker, Plus Manitowac Ice maker, full-size refrigerator, stove and microwave. The Party is Here!
The house has just had renovations of the main living area. Kitchen has new wood cabinets with Stainless steel appliances including a Wolf stove, Warming drawer, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, granite coutertops and 2 sinks. The two-story cathedral ceilings throughout the main Living/Great room, has just been painted with dramatic colors of Mustard, Purple and Sage.
There is also a Breakfast Deck off the the kitchen which seats six, with a morning or afternoon hammock hanging from the Large Sapodilla tree which houses Tropical Bromeliads and Orchids.
The formal dining room seats 8- 12.
The Living room has 72" wide High definition TV, VCR, and DVD, and surround sound system. Each bedroom has their own TVs. Master bedroom and kid's room has DVD and VCR.
The main house has Two master suites each with a King size bed. There is a nice deck off the Master bedroom with French doors that lead to pool area. Master Bedroom has desk with fax/printer and the house has wireless High speed internet available for every guest. The third bedroom we call the Bunk room has One Queen, one double, one twin. Perfect for the third couple, and three kids or a nanny and kids.
Living room has one pull-out sofa.
We pride ourselves in our home, and we have tried to think of everything you could possibly need. Our last guests said "We have never rented a home so well equipped."
On the property is an additional accommodation apartment which has One Bedroom, One Bath seperated from the main house which provides its own kitchen, living room, and King-size Bed. Apartment available at additional cost of $4,000-$5,000.00/mo. Plus taxes and cleaning fee. Sleeps two. |
