This luxury condo couldn’t be any closer to the main (Payday) lift at Park City Mountain Resort.
This top floor Condo possesses the best location within steps of the world-renowned Park City Mountain Resort, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics. Located in the same building as the ticket office and ski school; this unit offers the ultimate location. But if skiing doesn’t fit your fancy, just take the elevator down two floors and now you have access to coffee shops, restaurants, ski rentals and stores that the Park City Plaza has to offer.
The layout of the condo is as follows. There is a foyer convenient for wet skis, boots and clothes. From there, it branches into two directions. On the right a staircase leads the way up to the spacious bedroom loft. Straight ahead brings you to a cozy living room area.
The master bedroom has a deck overlooking the Payday lift, a king sized bed, a TV, a DVD player, and full en-suite bathroom. The bathroom boasts a large granite countertop with an oversized sink, a full sized shower, and a wooden armoire.
The living room also has a deck overlooking the Payday lift, an extremely comfortable couch, two comfy armchairs, a gas fireplace, plasma TV, DVD/VCR player, and surround sound speakers (hooked up to the TV and radio). The fully equipped kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, cooking utensils, dishware, and appliances including: the microwave and dishwasher.
The upstairs loft accommodates up to 6 people with a queen bed, two twin beds and a bunk bed which is perfect for a bunch of kids or a small family with kids. This spacious loft features a full en-suite bathroom, a mini living area, two TVs, and a DVD/VCR player.
In addition this unit has access to Wi-Fi, and underground parking with elevator access.
A car is not necessary for this vacation. Shuttles are available to pick you up from the airport and a bus stop is located right down the stairs. Also, the Park City Transit System (running throughout the day until midnight each night) is wonderful providing free transportation to Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons and anywhere else in Park City you might want to explore. World class restaurants, art galleries and boutiques abound in this cosmopolitan little mining town.

I took my family out to Park City for their first ski trip ever. The penthouse was just fantastic. It was well furnished and when we had a problem with the internet it was fixed immediately by Ashley the property manager. Almost every day someone would sit out on the porch and enjoy the afternoon sun as the day came to a close. If you have kids, this is the perfect location. In fact, I don't think there is a better location in the entire PCMR! Thanks June for making our vacation very memorable. We will definitely be back again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The condo was very nice, updated bathrooms and kitchen. Loft upstairs was perfect for our three kids. Location was right above the PayDay Lift- it took 2 mins to get onto the lifts and start skiing. Downside of being so close is the noise from the night-time ski run grooming machines at 2am. Would have gotten 5 stars if there was a washer/dryer and access to some kind of jacuzzi- both a treat after skiing....Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The location of this condo at the base of Park City Resort was wonderful and very convenient to the children's ski school. It was very clean and inviting. However, there were a few items in disrepair. The sliding door was cracked, the dishwasher detergent dispenser was broken and the ice maker was not working properly. This did not deter our stay. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again. The owners were wonderful and prompt in returning our emails or telephone calls. There was some confusion regarding check out time as one document stated 10:00 EST and another document stated 10:00 MST. Since we were in MST, we naturally went by MST. The directions could be a little more clear. Street names and turning directions would be very helpful rather than an overhead area map view with arrows. Once we finally found the parking garage, the directions made since but we were very frustrated and confused up to this point. However, I cannot say enough about the fantastic location. We loved our time there and would love to go back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Had a great stay in this unit. You cannot get closer to the slopes; walk down 2 flights of stairs or take elevator and you are at the lift line. Ski rentals and lift ticket counter on the 1st floor. Very comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. Great place for a large family. I would definitely stay here again when skiing at Park City.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

You could not ask for a closer location then this condo. The pictures tell the truth. Super comfy, clean, fantastic beds, up to date and close to everything! We had 2 families with kids. You don't even have to leave the building to get your rentals, tickets ski school for the little ones Etc. We did not have a car and could get to free transportation in a 2 minute walk from our door! Condo had everything and more. Great views! We felt very comfortable letting our kids ski as much as they wanted without us being with them. We will absolutely be back to Park City and rent this same condo from June next year.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Right in the middle of all the action. Convenient to everything and transportation close by to whatever's not. Cozy loft that suited our group very well (7 adults).Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
