Doesn’t get better than this. Less than 15 minutes from the Airport, Coral Gardens is a privately owned condominium complex nestled onto a beautiful white sand beach overlooking the Alexandria National Coral Reef providing fabulous snorkeling right out your doorstep.
Center building, 2nd. floor corner unit gives you the most in outdoor views. In the morning, wake up , put on your complimentary robe and start your coffee in our newly renovated fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Open up the retractable exterior glass wall panels to the wrap around balcony and the living room becomes an outdoor environment. Go out and read the paper or check your emails with the complimentary WiFi at the outside table that seats 4 or stretch out one of the lounging chairs and enjoy the view of the pool, beach and reef. The temperatures are normally mild enough in all seasons except, perhaps, summer to have these panels open all day long. No bugs to speak of except the 'no-see-um' and mosquitoes which will arrive around dusk and it will be time to close it up.
The total size deluxe ocean view is 2128 square feet consisting of a living room with a flat screen cable TV, DVD player and speaker system, plenty of seating, a dining area which seats 6 , a kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 and a powder room. The master bedroom is complete with a king size bed, walk in closet, cable TV, large luxury bath with double sink, corner soaker tub, separate shower and soft towels. It also opens up onto the balcony.
The second garden bedroom (which can be rented separately) has 2 twin beds, cable TV, small frig, coffee pot & accessories, DVD player, private balcony with 2 chairs and a private bath with a shower.
The condo can be rented as a 2 bedroom (deluxe ocean view), or the 'front ocean view' with the one master bedroom, or just the 'garden room' with the twin beds that would act more like a hotel room.
The Somewhere Beach Café and Bar next to the pool is great for those impromptu lunches or dinner, island drinks at cocktail hour, or a lazy morning breakfast.
There are a tremendous amount of activities to fill your days within minutes from Coral Gardens from snorkeling the coral reef, diving, paragliding, banana boats, SNUBA right next door providing a diving experience for those non SCUBA certified, fine and casual dining, golf, basic site seeing, boat trips to Iguana island and more…….
We have owned this condo for approximately 11 years and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we have. The staff are very friendly and accommodating too.

About the owner: We are a big extended family originating from Chicago. Though some of us have scattered across the US, we always get together at Christmas time for a family vacation. Years ago it used to be snow skiing, and now we prefer going someplace warm and T&C was our destination of choice.
