It's the perfect rental for Pebble Beach Concours, weddings, reunions, and corporate events of up to several hundred guests. The long circular driveway parks—or showcases—dozen of cars (a rarity in Pebble Beach). And wait till you see the unobstructed views of the Pacific through walls of glass.
Located on the Cypress Point Golf Course in the heart of Pebble Beach, this 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath mid-century modern was built for legendary golfer Loma Smith, and restored by a talented design team who honored the original—while incorporating every modern luxury.
Skylights spill sunshine throughout the open floor plan, an oasis of spaciousness and calm. The living room—with a large fireplace and 55' Smart TV—has panoramic ocean and golf course views. A wall of trophies, photos and memorabilia in the bar illuminate this home's place in Pebble Beach history, and the golden age of golf.
In the kitchen, the designers retained the retro feel with the original Geneva cabinetry, while updating it with solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances, including two Kitchenaid convection ovens with warming drawers, a five-burner gas cooktop, a built-in desk with a TV/computer monitor, and a 42' table for casual dining. The formal dining room seats 12.
In the Master suite (with ocean, forest, and golf course views), two upholstered swivel chairs invite conversation or contemplation and a luxurious 'SleepNumber' King bed guarantees restful nights.
The walk-in closet—with ten individual closets (hanging, drawers, accessories)—is a testimony to another era, and the perfect spot for a bride-to-be to prepare for her special day. The master bath has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a new jetted tub.
A second guest room off the entry has ocean views, a King bed, reading chair, and a built-in TV. The en suite bath—with its original pink decor—is a nostalgic nod to the past.
On the opposite end of the upper floor, a soothing seafoam palette in the third guest room mirrors the ocean views. This spa-like suite has a King bed, a bath with a tub/shower, and a vanity set in grey and white Carrera marble.
Downstairs, two bedrooms share a spacious bath with a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet compartment. One bedroom, decorated in sunny yellows, sleeps two in extra-long twin beds. Pass through the bedroom and bath to enter a Queen bedroom (with a second, private entrance via a covered stairway to the upper floor).
This Cypress Point estate features an oversized two car garage, a laundry room with extra capacity washer/dryer, a secondary prep kitchen, and televisions in all bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bar. Catering and maid service available.

We had an amazing week at Cypress Point. The views are majestic, the house is extremely spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately kept. We have rented many high-end homes in California and would return to this house without question.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The home was beautifully stocked, the beds were comfortable and the floor plan was perfect for our group. Can't wait to book the house again for a family week!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
