Welcome to our 3 Bedroom/3 Bath deluxe Edgewater condo. This unit is ideally located right next to the conference center. If you are attending an event at the conference center, you can not rent a more convenient unit than this one. It is also right next to the tennis courts and has a pond directly behind the unit. There are several pools within easy walking distance of the unit. The Master BR is very large w/Queen size bed, flat screen TV and large bath. The middle BR has 2 regular beds, private bath and large flat screen TV. The living areas have tile flooring. The LR has nice furniture and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has all of the appliances and is fully furnished. Also has a full size washer/dryer for your use. We have owned this unit since it was built and have only recently started renting it.
