3004 Palm Blvd, oceanfront between 30th and 31st Avenues. Huge classic beach house, known as The Pink Palace, with extra large rooms including modern,well equipped kitchen,large dining room that seats 14, living room overlooking the ocean and huge (500 sq. ft.) screened porch. Additonally, there is a 500 sq. ft. sundeck that affords a sweeping panorama of the Atlantic. All rooms are tastefully furnished in classic low country beach style.
This delightful home features two master bedrooms (with KING beds), overlooking the ocean, each with a large bath and private sun porch. There are two additional bedrooms on the main living floor, both with queen beds. On the lower level, there are two large bedrooms ( two queen beds in each room) and a regular sized bedroom with two twin beds. Total beds: 2 kings, 6 queens, 2 twins.
In addition to the four full bathrooms inside, there are 2 large enclosed outside showers with dressing area near the side entrance to the house.
There are six televisions in the house, as well as a large selection of board games at top of a nice large hutch. If you are there in the summer season, you will have daily newspaper in your drive each morning. House has all the features that we cannot live without. Charleston, one of the prettiest cities in the country with many fine restaurants, shops, a new aquarium and historic sites, is just 10 miles south of the house.

Lots of shopping, movie theaters, restaurants are in Mt. Pleasant, a quick trip over the IOP connector. Several famous and lushly beautiful plantations are nearby.
