Come relax and enjoy a wonderful vacation at, 'Aquamarine', a beautiful beach house located on Tybee Island. 'Aquamarine' is located in the mid-island area of Tybee Island; just three blocks from Butler Avenue. Enjoy being close to the beach, restaurants and shopping area.
'Aquamarine' features beautiful heart pine floors and a large open kitchen with island area and breakfast bar. Dining area with large table for breakfast and dinner gatherings. Great room open to kitchen and dining area. Two screen porch areas to enjoy morning and evening time together.
One guest bedroom located on first level has queen size bed and adjoining full size bath. Two guest bedrooms and master bedroom located on second level. One bedroom has queen size bed with adjoining door to full size bath. Second bedroom has two twin size beds. Master bedroom has king size bed and adjoining master bath. Very large master bath with two vanity areas, Jacuzzi bath, and large walk-in shower. Second screen porch area located off the master bedroom.
'Aquamarine' is located on a corner lot with two side parking pads.

This was the perfect place for our girls getaway trip! The house was beautiful - we loved the wood floors, the cleanliness, the home-y-ness, and the floor plan. The house was stocked with the kitchen dishes and appliances that we needed. Best of all, we were made to feel like we were at home. We were thankful for just a couple of blocks walk to the beach. And it was great proximity to Savannah so we could peruse the city and restaurants at night. We hope to make this a regular vacation spot! Thanks for your hospitality!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Beautiful property, great location. Perfect for kids. Close enough to walk to the beach. I would recommend this property and this destination to anyone.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at this house for a long girls weekend. This house is brand new and beautiful... The pictures do not capture how spacious and luxurious the house really is. The kitchen is so open and includes anything and everything you need if you wanted to eat in. You can truly relax in this clutter-free and thoughtfully decorated house. Some of my favorite mornings were spent in the rocking chair with my coffee on the back screened in porch. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere... The beach, the shops, and the restaurants are just blocks away! If and when we visit Tybee again, tee will definitely be staying at Aquamarine!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
