  From the first email of inquiry until right up to the day we left Hong Kong, our experience dealing with the agent as well as staying in this gorgeous apartment, located in popular yet still traditional suburb of Sheung Wan was nothing less than pleasant and efficient. The questions we had were answered promptly and politely and nothing was too hard. The agent Joanna met us at the apartment and gave us a run down on the location, features of the place and the security details She was very easy going and efficient. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was beautifully furnished and we discovered much to our delight it was quite on the large side by Hong Kong-everyday-apartment-standard. The apartment does not have a washing machine or dryer but literally next door to the building was a local laundromat, where they charge by the weight of your clothes, which was fantastic. The location of Sheung Wan was lovely. The apartment was located not more than 5 mins walk from MTR station and shops such as local medicinal, local restaurants, international supermarket, bakeries surrounded the building. The security was excellent and the security guard/doormans were lovely. Overall a wonderful base to come home to as we explored Hong Kong.

  The management staff was very hospitable. The apartment was very clean, modern, nice set of china wares and glasses, and hot water for that cold winter. The laundromat is conveniently located right outside, next to the apartment. Location location... The apartment is about two blocks from Sheung Wan train line, one block from electric trolley stop, two blocks from the currency exchange booths, and one block from the Western Market. My friends and I had no complaints. Though it would have been nice if there was a third electric heater for the third room. We were fortunate that only the first two nights were cold. The other nights were warm enough without the need for the heaters. I supposed doubling up with body heat work just as well for the queen size beds ;)

  Overall we had an enjoyable stay with our three young kids. There was a snafu with the airport pickup that really started things off on the wrong foot (driver was a bit late because of traffic). After the great relief when the driver arrived, everything went fine. Susann was helpful and energetic when greeting us at the apartment, and things were as advertised. The apartment is on the small side, but that's to be expected in Hong Kong. To Susann's credit, she has done a great job of making every inch work so the place lives larger. The appointments are modern, and everything was clean. Sheung Wan is a great area from which to explore Hong Kong. Very easy transportation options and a nice balance of traditional Hong Kong with a peppering of trendy shops, restaurants, etc. The information booklet left in the apartment was a nice, helpful touch. Ultimately, we would definitely stay here again.

  My husband, 3 adult children and myself stayed in this apartment for 6 nights in June. We were met by the driver at the airport and taken to the apartment. Here we were met by Joanna and everything was explained to us. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything we needed and more. The location is fantastic - it is walking distance to so many places including the MTR. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again.

  My family of 5 adults and 2 teenage children stayed at the icandy for 5 nights and the apartment was plenty big enough for us all. What you see in the photos is what you get, spacious, clean, tidy, great location and very well priced. The icandy is only a few minutes walk to the tram and bus stops, MTR station, ferry terminal, lots of restaurants, grocery store, chemists, Western market and is only a 10 minute walk to Central. Joanna made the whole booking process so simple by responding to all my emails instantly by either email or by phone. Joanna also met us on arrival at the icandy to check us in and to answer any questions we had. The icandy is the best value for money apartment you'll find and we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else next time we are in Hong Kong. We highly recommend the icandy to everyone.

  Very charming apartment, perfect location and great interior. We stayed 14 days and I have to say that this place is managed flawless. We had the feeling to stay at our friends apartment. Highly recommended.
