We rented this home for a last minute family getaway out east. The property itself was stunning... private and quiet. Its was very close to the beaches and town as well. The yard is large with plenty space for family activities. We hosted a BBQ with some family friends. The saltwater gunite pool and tennis courts offered plenty of enjoyment for everyone. The interior of the home was immaculate and very comfortable. The owner is very attentive and addressed our needs promptly. We would definitely consider renting the property again and would highly recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: A love of older homes and has led us to completely remodel and redecorate a historic Suffolk county residence built shortly after the civil war. The initial part of the home was also used as a stagecoach stop for New York City travelers to the Hamptons and Montauk. The original kitchen and dining room was large enough to serve more than one stage coach. The remodeled home has many beautiful details with every amenity and convenience that the stage coach travelers would have never imagined.

The property is located in Westhampton with many local recreational and social activities. Westhampton Beach is a comfortable 1 1/2 mile walk. The North and South Forks are a convenient drive.
