The main floor of Sierra Sanctuary is the open floorplan kitchen, dining area, kitchen bar, living room, and deck; the main floor bedrooms and bath are down a quiet hall. Perfect for creating celebration meals, the gourmet kitchen features a second oven, gas range, large granite island and countertops, granite bar seating three, filtered water and ice dispenser, trash compactor, food processor, and all the cookware and tableware you can use. The social cook can interact with everyone in the living room and even see the TV and fireplace. The dining table seats up to eight, has a gorgeous bay window, and is easily accessible from the kitchen.

The living room boasts deep comfortable couches, soaring river rock fireplace, and huge entertainment center. Right out the sliding glass door from the living room is the expansive deck, with lots of very comfortable furniture, gas grill, and hammock for those lazy summer evenings. There are even Bose speakers on the deck!

Down the main floor hall are two queen bedrooms, a full bath with dual sinks, and the master suite. Also opening onto the deck, the master suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings, and full bath with jetted rub surrounded in granite. A perfect retreat for the happy couple.

Upstairs in the loft is the gorgeous pool table for your playing pleasure! Also in the loft is a bedroom area (no door) with twin bunk beds and a full futon, as well as another full bath.

Take advantage of all the exclusive activities Tahoe Donner offers its guests: skiing and snowboarding, cross-country skiing, equestrian center, tennis, boat launch and beach at Donner Lake, pool and recreation complexes, gym, golf, and the clubhouse. You are centrally located to everything Truckee has to offer: world-class dining, several gorgeous golf courses, shopping, and special events. Donner Lake is just four miles, all major ski areas are just 15 miles (Squaw, Alpine, Northstar, Boreal, Sugarbowl), and Lake Tahoe is just 20 miles away.

There is ample parking for up to five vehicles, in the driveway and the two-car garage. Enjoy the convenience of snowplow service in the winter.
