Main house features large saloon bar, parlor, large screen TV, fully appointed gourmet kitchen, billiards room, nine bedrooms and large open fireplace. Included is a wonderfully unique 120 year old homestead log cabin with bar, TV, outdoor decks decorated with antiques galore.
The Homestead Cabin, built in 1874, is a classic Colorado log home. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 sleeping lofts, and large outdoor deck. This home is adjacent to the pool and two large landscaped lawns and a picnic area, as well as the volley ball court and horseshoe pit. Water features and stunning views of the mountains complete the picture.
The third house is a prairie victorian with large 1,200 sf outdoor covered porch with bent willow furniture, outdoor screened bedroom, and outdoor fireplace. This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 2 sleeping lofts.
All of this can be yours for one convenient daily flat rate that includes up to 40 people living on the property. As an example of how our daily flat rate pricing works for Summer 2010: If your group has 40 people, with a daily flat rate of $2,300, the cost per person/per night would come to only $57.50.
RED ROCK RANCH is located in the beautiful Wet Mountain Valley in south/central Colorado only two and one-half hours from Denver or 1 hour and 15 minutes from Colorado Springs, two and one-quarter hours from Taos, New Mexico, and features the high desert climate of the southwest.

We had such an awesome time and the stars were definitely the highlight for several people, including myself! The property itself was fantastic and the main house-main room and bbq area is where most of the action happened. The space is set up so nicely for large groups and flows so well! The pictures of the kids lined up on the barstools enjoying root beer floats is adorable! The amount of supplies offered at the ranch were unbelievable. EVERYONE commented on it! It truly is an amazing place and we can't say enough good things about the grounds, scenery and nightlife! It was a pleasure too to meet you and put a face with a name! A testiment to the level of commitment you and Rick have for the property! We appreciate everything you did for us and allowing us the priviledge to stay on your property!

Our family of 34 chose Red Rock Ranch for our reunion. Early August proved to be a perfect time to enjoy the property to its fullest and we had access to every inch of the inviting space. From the moment we drove through the gates, we knew we were in for a treat. The vistas were stunning, the grounds were immaculate and each building was even better than we had imagined. Pictures simply can't accurately represent the serene atmosphere and attention to detail. Access to hiking and rafting are extremely close.This is definitely a well-cared for and much-loved home. Our entire party hopes to return for our next reunion!

My family plans a reunion every other year ~ 25 of us (whose lives are spread all over the country and overseas) get together somewhere in the world to enjoy a week together. This was our eighth get-together where we celebrated, not only the joy of being together, but my dad's 87th birthday. Destinations have ranged from Jamaica to Canada to Michigan to Turks and Caicos. Accomodations have run the gamut from posh all-inclusives to sparse, private dwellings. I must say that the ranch was the best ever! Three different houses (all with completely different furnishings, style, and ambiance), lovingly tended Colorado gardens and grounds, and unlimited family activities made this an amazing retreat ~ surpassing all others. There are places for large groups to celebrate and be together, and quiet oases to spend intimate time with just a few people. We rotated among the houses for different experiences: sign up for breakfast with grandma and grandpa at the cottage, enjoy a barbecue lunch at the ranch with the twenty-something crowd, star gaze from the hot tub at midnight, or splash in the sparkling pool with the youngins! We live in Hawaii and are yearning for the ranch...how's that for spectacular??? We are scheming a way to get back to RRR. You will love it! Highly, highly recommend!

For nearly two decades my family has traveled the world for our semi-annual reunions and no spot compares to the Red Rock Ranch. It was the perfect setting for four generations to gather together for an unforgettable week. From the comfortable sleeping rooms, to the gourmet kitchen and opulent main dining area – every corner of this sprawling ranch is designed for fun, connection and relaxation. Besides one day of white water rafting with a huge group, there was no reason to leave this paradise. The pool, games and volley ball court were the perfect venue for "Olympic Day" and when we wanted to get away from the crowd, there are so many places to hide away in. Rick and Mike, this spot is truly a gift to anyone who comes. Thanks for creating such a magical space with your attention to detail. My vote is that our family returns again and again - I just can't get enough! A message to those who are checking this spot out... If you are looking for a setting for a group getaway or family reunion, you will not find a better spot than the Red Rock Ranch!
