Enjoy your Village stay in this stunning and relaxing 2 bedroom 2 bath, 1 1/2 car garage which includes a golf cart, an open patio area, a screened lanai and a gas barbeque grill with a soothing fountain under the roofed area, where a privacy wall rounds off the serene courtyard.
The master bedroom has a King bed w/flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has a queen bed, each with a private bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked, a pleasant place to cook.
This centrally located villa is at walking distance from Glenview Country Club aside from this championship golf course you will find Savannah Center Tennis and Swimming a Restaurant and Shop. You can also reach Glenview in our GOLF Cart which is is fully loaded with lights and turn signals for either day or night travel.
At this location you are within minutes from anything you may need. It is all at your finger tips, you are at the center of it all and yet have a quiet and private villa.
The neighborhood is great and the neighbors are so welcoming.
The Villages is best known for it's on-site free nightly entertainment and dancing in our two Town Squares seven nights a week/365 days a year. Everything you can think of, or need, is accessible by golf cart including over 75 restaurants. You're just 45 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, and 45 miles from Orlando.

This is our second stay at this lovely condo and the pictures do not do it justice - it's a warm, inviting space, beautifully decorated and designed for comfort. Property is very clean and well-maintained. The owner is very helpful and makes every effort to make you feel at home. We considered ourselves quite fortunate in knowing such a gracious, helpful person. The Villages offers so many different activities - in addition to golf and pickleball, we danced to the live music in the town squares. We went to our first polo match and it was so much fun. So many different kinds of entertainment and just a short trip away from central Florida's attractions. We are planning on coming back next year - we cannot give a higher recommendation.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Your lovely home met all our expectations for comfort and privacy. It was furnished with everything that you could possibly need and was beautifully decorated and maintained, and looked just like the pictures shown. The home was immaculate and very close to many shops, restaurants, pools and golfing. This was our first time at The Villages and the golf cart provided, was so much fun to drive around. We ventured everywhere in it including the grocery store, town center and several restaurants around The Villages. The owner was very easy to work with and always answered our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We highly recommend this villa and hope to be back soon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
