This is not your typical pastel colored beach condo furnished with wicker furniture. Our beachfront condo is decorated with palm trees, stained wood furniture, and hand carved dining room chairs. This new corner unit has ocean views from almost every room, high speed internet access, and a 27 foot balcony offering panoramic views of the ocean, pool and lazy river. Completed in April 2004, Crescent Shores has granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, beautiful ceramic tile floors, along with plush carpeting in the bedrooms and living room. The fully stocked kitchen has a large side-by-side refrigerator complete with in-door ice maker and chilled water, a range with radiant cook tops, microwave, and dishwasher. Our condo comes with a King size washer and dryer and every bedroom has a Toshiba TV along with a progressive scan DVD/VCR, including one with a PS2 for the kids to play. The living room comes with a 55 Inch Mitsubishi Big Screen TV and a progressive scan DVD/VCR. Crescent Shores has a 110 foot Oceanfront Pool, a 200 foot Lazy River, two Oversized Hot Tubs, a Kiddie Pool, an Indoor Pool, and an on site Fitness Room. The pools are heated during the off season. Our Non-Smoking Condo has a King Size bed in the Master Bedroom, a King Size Bed in the second bedroom, and Two Queen Size beds in both the third and fourth bedrooms. The living room has a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa to accommodate two extra guests.
