Welcome to the Gardens at Beachside Colony! This 1800 SQ FT 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is a great place to spend your next beach getaway. This gorgeous condo features 15' vaulted ceilings in the family room and master bedroom with a large private courtyard and hottub. You will be nestled in Tybee Island’s only true oceanfront condominium resort. The Beachside Colony Resort has three swimming pools, one of which is heated in cold weather (Tybee’s only heated pool) and a popular beach front restaurant and lounge, Marlin Monroe's, with complimentary WIFI internet access.
This condo is completely furnished. An open living space creates a great atmosphere for family and friends to enjoy, while 3 large bedrooms provide plenty of privacy. The Master Suite has a king size bed and a whirlpool tub. The queen bed has a brand new pillowtop mattress! There are TV’s in all the bedrooms, as well as the living area which also includes a DVD player.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for any kind of cooking you might choose to do. There is a new grill in the courtyard!
The condominium is located in a great mid-island location across the street from Memorial Park which features the public library, YMCA, a wonderful playground, charcoal grilling stations; as well as volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. You are also within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. This condo is pet friendly with a pet fee. Parking for 2 vehicles.

Very nice property with relaxed open floor plan. Tall ceilings and windows with lots of natural light. Nicely appointed kitchen with granite countertops and high end appliances. Large master BR with walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. What a pleasant surprise!! The last few places we have stayed on Tybee were not as advertised so we were a bit apprehensive when booking your place. Needless to say we will book your place again if available next year. Your home is nicely decorated and up to date with even the hot tub working flawlessly. The kitchen and all contents for cooking like new!! Nice big bedrooms and wonderful bathrooms left us plenty of room to spare. The owners were very responsive to our needs and questions. The condo is high end everything! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There is obviously care taken with this property. Don't miss a lovely drive to Savannah for a stroll.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My stay was great. Everything was exactly as described. Everything functioned properly and the place was perfectly clean. The ambiance of this condo is great from the large common area to the large bedrooms and the beautiful patio area with beautiful hot tub. Would highly recommend staying in this condo. Overall the Condo was super clean and very well organized. It is in a great location, right in the heart of Tybee. Great Resteraunts and Great Beach area. Would recommend to anyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Great stay during tybee run fest, low season on the island so the resort was not crowded at all. The unit is great the pictures are very accurate but do not covey how modern and spacious it is which is something normally not found in beach towns. The private hot tub on the patio is great and a huge bonus, the heated pool at the resort was just as described. Would highly recommend the unit and its pet friendly too!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
