Conveniently located near the 34th Street shopping area with access to restaurants, tennis courts, basketball courts, huge playground for children, bakeries, shell museum, ice cream parlors, and more!All the amenities you can desire with an outdoor shower, street parking plus reserved, covered parking in the back for 2 cars, two decks, washer and dryer, and central air-conditioning. FIRST FLOOR: Den with queen-size sleeper sofa, cable TV, and VCR. SECOND FLOOR: Living room (with TV, stereo and DVD player), dining room, kitchen, deck, bedroom and full bathroom. THIRD FLOOR: master bedroom with jet tub in bathroom, additional bedroom with full bathroom, and a deck. Large enough for a family to vacation together and relax in their own space!Sorry, pets are not allowed and no smoking.Rental Procedure: A $300 deposit is required in order to reserve your week, which will become your security deposit. This refundable security deposit is due within one week of your reservation. Once this payment is received we will prepare and mail your lease agreement. Your first half of the payment is then due within 30 days. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. The only way for you to book a week is with the security deposit.
