Gorgeous Montecito property located in the Cold Springs School District.
Three separate structures and 2 car garage on beautifully wooded property, appoximately 1 fenced acre.
Main house has master suite on the upper floor with king bed, gas fireplace, private bath, and 2 balconies with views of the surrounding hills and spacious lower yard. There is a second bedroom in this structure on the ground floor with queen bed. Bathroom with shower and separate W/C is also on this floor.
There is a large great room with vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace. Beautiful dark wood dining table seats 8 comfortably.
Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, silverware and table linens. There is large island in the center of the kitchen perfect for cooking with gas range and double ovens. Kitchen also has a gas fireplece for cozy atmosphere and is ideal for family gatherings.
Guest house, separate but adjoined to the main house by a breezeway, has a den with surround sound entertainment system on the main floor and 2 bedrooms, each with balcony, and a bathroom on the upper floor.
There is a large central patio adjacent to main house and guest house accented by ancient oaks, fountain and outdoor furnishing for relaxation and dining. Above the central patio there is a lawn perfect for badminton or croquet.
On the east side of the main house off of the great room through the French doors, there is a long veranda which overlooks the lower yard, giant cypress tree, more ancient oaks, palms and complementing foliage, which are illuminated at night.
Next to the lower yard, there is a third structure with 2 rooms which are used as an office and has a separate sitting area. Next to that is a 2 car garage and a basketball hoop.

We are looking for a long term rental but would consider 3 or 6 months at a time. Long term rental rate is $11,000 per month. All utilities are included as well as local and long distance calls, cable and Internet. Housekeeper comes for 4 hours on Mondays and 8 hours on Fridays and is also included in the monthly rental rate. Shorter rentals will be considered and rates will depend on length of stay and amount of occupants.
