Location IS EVERYTHING!!! You will find this condo is very comfortable and will meet all of your needs. Located in the popular Myrtle Beach Resort , Ocean Dunes, it's centrally located to many main attractions. This nicely decorated, condo includes a well equipped kitchen, TV with cable in the living room, TV in the bedroom, and free WiFi. Bedroom includes two double beds. Living room converts into bedroom at night with a full Murphy bed, and a comfy sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8 maximum. Each area has it's own private bathroom. Resort features three outdoor pools, plus an indoor pool, fitness spa and hot tub(minimal charge). On the premises are several eateries including a snack bar with game room, an ice cream parlor, a breakfast buffet, casual and fine dining restaurants and lounges with live entertainment. For last minute items, a convenient store is located on the property. Steps to the beach with umbrella and chair rentals available. Easy access parking at door entrance. Easy to pay with check or credit card. The airport is not far away and a car isn't necessary.

About the owner: I'm Jeffrey Madden from Pittsburgh, PA. I have had some wonderful golf vacations and beach vacations in Myrtle Beach over the years and decided to purchase this modest but comfortable condo for future good times. This is a great unit at a wonderful resort and I'll do everything I can to assure you a great beach experience.

I found this condo a great investment property, a terrific beach getaway for family and friends and I'm sure you will agree it's a little bit of heaver for a fair price.
