This magnificent historic stone house sits overlooks a beautiful five acre private lake on a well manicured estate. This 100 acre property has approximately 30 mowed acres of mowed lawns and fields and wooded trails to explore. Picturesque, peaceful, relaxing, refreshing, serene - all words to describe your time here.
The house is furnished as we would hope to find a vacation rental on our travels. Each room's furnishings are picked to compliment the house, and fit with the character of the property.
This house sleeps six, but may be combined with the Scenic stone gate house to serve a group of 12. Great for family reunions, or friends to share; yet each house is fully independent and private!
The house floor plan is as follows: Ground floor: foyer, hallway, living room, eat-in country kitchen, half bath. Second floor: master bedroom with king, bedroom two with two twins, bedroom three with two twins, full bath with tub. Full-size washer and dryer in basement.
