  Awesome unit, recent updates are great, highly recommend this one. The owners seem to know what is necessary to ensure a super stay - This one is indeed a "Vacation" Rental. Numerous small things and attention to detail were much appreciated by my wife and I. The owners care about the people staying there and this shows in many ways, the view is a true "Ocean View, unlike others where - if you stand on a chair you can see a glimpse of water. We watched a lot of Whales from the lanai, bring the binoculars to see these as wel as Dolphins, the Sunset, etc. This Condo is full value for the money, a rare thing these days, in my humble opinion.

  I stayed with a few friends over the new year, and enjoyed both the condo and the area. The condo was as advertised and the pictures were accurate. It was very clean, modern, and well-appointed with everything one would need with regard to towels, bedding, kitchen, etc. Both beds were clean and the lanai comfortable for its size. The location was perfectly convenient for those who want to make use of Ali'i Drive--it is a brief couple block walk down to the water and the shops and within very easy driving distance of many more restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Very easy access to the airport and the major highways that one is likely to use on their adventures around the island. The owners were very helpful in arranging the details of our stay and checkout, and I really appreciate that they use the VRBO payment system as it felt secure and confidential. I'd be happy to stay there again if I return to Kona Town, and would happily recommend the condo to anyone who asks.

  We stayed at this wonderful condo for approx 1 1/2 weeks in December - my husband & I and our 2 year old son. This place was perfect for us! We really liked the doors that separated the room out from the living room area as it allowed us to put our son to bed, but still be able to stay up ourselves. The renovations on this place are just as described - everything is new! Everything you can imagine needing to prepare meals is there, and all practically brand new. They also have beach items that came in really handy so we didn't have to bring a lot of stuff from the mainland. The double-sink in the bathroom was really nice too, and the breeze while sitting on the lanai and looking out towards the ocean is something we're already missing... The owners were always fast in responding to any questions we had - it was a pleasure working with them. Our next trip we plan to stay at this beauty again!

  This place was great it was on the 4th floor, had a view of the cruise ships coming in, central to the farmers market(right behind). This place is great newly renovated and it shows the by the little details that Trent and Lisa have added. The room was very quite at night time no issues with that at all, they had good quality items to take to the beach they weren't ratty tatty. All I can say is we will be back! Thanks Trent

  Everything was fantasic! I stayed at your condo to attend a business school class. My course was right across the street and your condo is nice and clean and new! The only bad thing was that I was in classes from 8 to 5 everyday and all weekend I was studying! Perfect location and I was impressed with everything you have here! Thanks

  We booked this property on a very short notice, one day, booking with the owner. We found him to be very accommodating and helpful in getting us booked the day before we arrived. Everything in the listing was exactly the way we found the property to be. The property was so clean and maintained that my wife ask more than once if we were the first renters to stay there. We loved the property and would recommend it to others seeking a stay on Hawaii. There is a very good chance that we will book it again sometime, which is the best reference I can give! There were many restaurants and activities within walking distance. The free parking space for a rental car was both convenient and economical. A car is needed to drive to many of the island attractions. We wish we were still there!

  Two of us stayed at the condo during Ironman week and loved the location: it was so central to everything. We had everything we needed. The unit itself is clean and modern, the bed is comfortable (really important!) and the little touches make it very warm and inviting. The building has two elevators which is great for tired legs and the off-street parking spot for the unit is right opposite the building entrance...very handy. I can highly recommend this property.

  We first like to say thank you for allowing us to share your home. The furnishings and decor made it feel like a home away from home. We loved waking up in the mornings having breakfast on the lanai and enjoying staring out into the ocean as we planned the activities for the day. Having the fully furnished kitchen made cooking meals easy and delightful. It was also a very nice gesture for you to provide beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, beach towels and beach bag simplified our multiple trips to the beach. The condos location made it easy access to many dining options and the farmers market which were in walking distance. Being a manager for a hotel and pretty picky about places I stay this is defiantly a place I will book again.

  I stayed here for a week at the beginning of July. It was great to be in short walking distance to everything. A short walked to the farmers market to buy lovely fresh local fruit and veggies or to the local restaurants for a sunset dinner. The condo is very modern and new on the inside and nicely decorated. I really felt at home here. Nice kitchen to cook in and a great view off the balcony to enjoy breakfast on. I really appreciated the secure building as a woman traveling by herself. The elevator requires a key to get in and up to the units. Short walk to a couple of beaches and short drive to many many others. A great base of operations my trip.

  Really enjoyed staying in your condo, everything is new and clean. Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and the Farmers Market. Enjoyed having meals on the lanai and watching the ocean activity. Condo is very well equipped, the beach chairs were appreciated. Thanks again.
