Our villa is located in the stunningly beautiful and upscale beach resort of Waikoloa. The villa itself is surrounded by lush, perfectly manicured, tropical gardens, full of sweet smelling flowers. The backyard is large and seamlessly expands into Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. The course is rarely busy and closes at 4pm on the weekdays. It's no problem if you want to grab our golf clubs and hit some balls after hours.
The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is a spacious 1825sqft adorned in Hawaiian decor. The master suite features a large balcony where we've placed a table in chairs. There's nothing like waking up in the morning, walking out on the balcony, and smelling the fresh Hawaiian air. Or better yet winding down with a loved one and watching the sunset over the golf course.
Both the master bedroom and upstairs guest room have their own bathroom. The master bath has his and her sinks, a soaking tub, shower, and walk-in closet.
The upstairs loft area is a great place to relax and watch TV or can double as another sleeping area. We have a queen sized air mattress which can be easily inflated to accommodate two more sleeping arrangements.
Welcome to your gourmet kitchen for the week!!! Fully equipped with everything you need PLUS a built in wine chiller/ cellar where you can store several bottles of your favorite beverages. There is also an outdoor BBQ and dining area.
The condo also features upgraded high-speed wireless cable internet.
If you're like me you try to keep your fitness routines when you're on vacation. The resort is so beautiful you'll definitely want to forgo the fitness center and go for a run on the beach. There are numerous trails which line not only the beach but the world famous and historically protected anchialine fish ponds. If you're not into running I have placed a full set of dumbbells and yoga mats on the back padio. The fitness center is located about 50 steps from the condo's front door and has a universal gym, cross trainer, treadmill, and a bike.
Just like the fitness center the pool is located about 50 steps from the front door of the villa. The pool is expansive, has a small waterfall, and is tastefully designed reminiscent of Hawaii's natural beauty. There is also a hot tub where you can relax and watch the stars at the end of the day.
World famous Anaeho'omalu Bay is just a 5 minute walk from the front door where you're guaranteed to see sea turtles lying on the beach every evening (once you get to the beach walk to the left past the Lava Lava Beach Club and you'll see the turtles.) If you're visiting from December to April you're also sure to see whales.
Waikoloa Beach Villas are directly across from the new, upscale shopping center Queen's Marketplace. Queens Marketplace features many fine stores and restaurants. My favorite is Starbucks!
If SHOPPING is your scene you can also visit King's Marketplace which is located directly adjacent to Waikoloa Beach Villas. King's Marketplace includes several fine restaurant like Roy's and is anchored by retailers like Macy's, Tiffany's, Louis Vuitton, and more.
When you're ready to hit the beach I recommend Hapuna Beach. It is commonly listed amongst the top 10 beaches in the world and is just a 10 minute drive from our villa. Beautiful white sandy beaches and breathtaking blue water. Relax in the sun or play in the water.
If you're willing to drive a little further one of my favorite beaches is Manini‘owali. It's located about 15 miles south of Waikoloa back toward the airport. This is another white sand beach with perfect blue water and great snorkeling on the north side of the beach.
The list of things to do on The Big Island is nearly endless and most of the best stuff is located within an hour's drive of the villa. Some of the things I recommend are going to the observatory at the top of Mona Kea, snorkeling with the Manta Rays, and hiking Waipio Valley up to Waipio Falls, taking a helicopter tour of the lava and volcano. There's really too much to list here and you'd have to stay for weeks to see it all.

Nothing but good things to say about our stay . The owners and their representative on site were gracious and were anxious to make our stay meet our expectations. We were impressed with the gated community where the unit was located.A short drive from the airport and a half hour to the hastle and bustle of Kona to enjoy the tourist strip for shopping,or the beach to swim with the turtles.The grounds were well looked after and our unit was directly across from the pool area which offered the children endless hours of fun. The ocean was a short walk away and vendors on the beach offered a wide range of equipment for playing in the water.The Island offered something for everyone. Fun in the sun at the pool or at one of the many beaches. Hapuna Beach just a short drive away was one of the best with excellent surf for boogie boarding .Eco tours especially the Bird Watching tour to the Hakalau Forest National Wildlife refuge offered a greater understanding of the endangered species of the island and what the Island is doing to protect and respect the eco system.A trip to the Hilo area is a must to see the Volcanos ,rainforest,and botanical gardens.I would definately recommend this property to anyone .Did you find this review helpful? We have been going to Hawaii once a year for twenty years. We always rent a condo in Waikoloa and this by far was the best unit we have rented. Everything you would need and more is available. The location couldn't be any better. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This townhouse blew away my expectations. It's in brand new conditions. The pool and spa is directly across from the unit. The grounds are maintained beautifully and the golf course is the backyard. The location doesn't get any better. It's just a short walk to A-bay where you can watch a spectacular sunset every night. The Queens Marketplace is about a quarter mile walk from the front door. Where there's ample shopping from Starbuck's, and Island Gourmet. There's even a little dive shop which is super convenient for those of us who are SCUBA divers. The owners were friendly, and easily accessible with any questions I had about the place. I'm already booked to come back again next year. We loved our stay at your beautiful home. There was plenty of room for two families. It was more like having our own little private resort. The backyard is so beautiful and we all loved going out on the golf course in the evening. The pool area is gorgeous and there are even views of the beautiful mountains. It is located within walking distance to everything. We have the best vacation and will definitely be back!!! Thanks for everything!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We're originally from the Seattle area in Washington State. Our family runs a web-based software company. We're into sports, outdoors, fitness, and technology. We've had the privilege to travel to many countries throughout the world not only for vacations but also to do missionary and humanitarian work. We enjoy traveling and finding new adventures and like most people love to share when we find something truly exceptional. We hope you'll find our villa and the Waikoloa Beach area to be just that.
Why the Owner Chose Waikoloa Beach Villas:
Simply put this villa is in excellent condition and is ideally located. Everything around it is new. Amenities like the pool, hot tub, and fitness center are steps from the frontdoor. The backyard is the golf course.
There's an incredible sushi restaurant, gourmet grocery store, and Starbucks across the street at Queen,s Marketplace. The area is extremely quite, peaceful, and is never busy.
The landscaping in the area is lush. There's a beautiful park with an amphitheater a 2 minute walk away. The beach and historical anchialine fish ponds are a 5 minute walk away.
There aren't enough words to describe how amazing there area is. You have to go to experience it.
