The apartment : It is composed by a large living room with couches and a dining corner, a double bedroom with queen size bed, a double bedroom with 2 twin size beds a completely equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a terrace with a table and chairs to eat outside. It is furnished with HiFi, a safe and a washing machine. This apartment has a small terrace where you can eat breakfast or drink a glass of wine. Tall wooden ceilings, wooden hard floors in the bedrooms and ancient cotto pavements in the living room, great quality soft-furnishings, excellent antique furniture and numerous ancient art works complete this exceptional apartment in the heart of Rome’s historical center.

Very nice appartment in an excellent location. We stayed there with 6 persons. The appartment was clean and in good shape. Nice rooms with fine beds. The terras is small and surrounded by other buildings, but we enjoyed breakfast there or a drink at the end of the day. The host provided a very good service. Advice on sightseeing, but also he arranged transport from and to the airport.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Just returned from a family vacation and had a very good experience with this apartment. We were travelling with three young children and four adults, and the layout of the apartment worked well for us, with two bedrooms upstairs and one down. Everything went smoothly...we were met at the pre-specified check-in time and had all of our questions answered, and the apartment was very clean when we arrived. The description and pictures in the listing do a good job representing the apartment itself, but what we failed to appreciate when we made our reservation is just how great the location is. It is on a quiet, narrow street with many local businesses and apartments, yet is also only ~100 yards from Campo de' Fiori (where we ate dinner both nights of our stay), and only a 5 min walk to Piazza Navona. If you're up for exploring, because of it's central location, it's also very possible to walk to the Vatican or to the Colosseum/Forum. We were also able to easily grab cabs from a taxi stand located < 3 mins away on nearby Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Luigi provided a handy list of recommended restaurants, tour operators, etc. and was quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our stay. The only constructive comment/suggestion I would make is that it would've been helpful if the apartment had WiFi access. Thanks for providing us a great start to our family vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

We had a fabulous time in Rome and your apartment was perfect! It was in a great location and very comfortable. The kitchen and supplies were great. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was great, large for Europe, even if the shower was a bit small. The patio was nice. It was a bit noisy at night but nothing a pair of ear plugs couldn't remedy. Our only problem was with the check in. We met the property manager at 10 am but she did not have a key to get in and had to call someone to try and break in to the apartment. He had to climb the building and break in to the window. Once we were able to get in we left our bags and walked around while they cleaned the apartment. When we came back at 2pm the house keeper was still cleaning and didn't finish until almost 4pm. Not a huge problem except we were exhausted after flying all night and were hoping to take a quick nap. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you for arranging the transportation. They were there as expected at the airport and the apartment for the return trip. Thanks for your help and I look forward to renting from you on my next trip to Rome. I will also be happy to recommend you to my friends travelling to Rome! Lovely apartment in a great location, close to Trevi Fountain and other major sights. Very spacious apartment too and the terrace was a real bonus - lovely for a cup of tea in the morning and a glass of wine before heading out into Rome in the evening. Anna was very welcoming when we arrived, and met up with us to give us keys etc as arranged. Rome is an amazing city and I would definitely recommend staying in an apartment such as this one for your stay as you really feel part of the city.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We all had a superb stay in Rome. The apartment was excellent and its location brilliant. Anna was wonderful and delivered what she said she would do by buying us a spare bed the next morning. We took your advice about your friends taxi transfer from the airport and it worked out very well also. Everything was really great. There was only one very minor complaint and that was we didn't or couldn't get the television to work. But that didn't matter much as the weather was so good that we were out every night until late. So Thanks again for the use of your apartment. We will treasure the memories for ever.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
