This is a great condo with a Queen bed in the master Bedroom together with a single bed and an attached bath.
The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds with an attached bath.
The Living Room has a sofa bed a couch T.V. dining table with four chairs and is spacious.
There is a screened porch with a table, chairs and a great view.
The kitchen has been completely remodeled. There is a large fridge with plenty of cabinet's and you will find everything that you have in your own home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. King was there to welcome us and to answer any questions we had. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable for 2 couples. We loved being able to cook in the well equipped kitchen and do our laundry in the laundry room. You need a special card to work the washing machines and dryer and maybe King could have mentioned that. The on site parking for a minimal fee was also very handy. This property is in walking distance of all the downtown sites, a small grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend this property to our friends. We wanted a downtown Atlanta place, close to sights and that is definitely what this is. With our toddler and preschooler we were able to walk to parks, the children's museum, the World of Coca Cola, and more. The screened-in balcony was also very nice to hang out on and see the movement of the city. A complaint would be that the condo is located right next to the elevators. The banging and movement of the loud elevator did keep us up at night. Otherwise, the condo worked out for the few days that we needed it.Owner response: The complaint about the elevator noise incidentally is the first one I have heard in my 12 years at this building. On checking with the building Manager, I was informed that one of the elevator did indeed have a slight problem with some kind of a noise which was immediately rectified/ taken care of and the guest also informed me subsequently that there was no noise thereafter. The Peachtree Tower's is a solid brick building with double glazed windows and is almost sound proof unlike the buildings being built nowadays. However the inconvenience to our guests is regretted and we always welcome feedback in order to improve our performance of providing maximum comfort.

Me and my 4 friends went to a Womens conference held at the Phillips arena (downtown)..we needed a place, and all hotels were sold out. I was so glad i found this site and got in contact with the owner. At first, i was a bit skeptical dealing with a "private" owner, but He assured me everything was legit. I sent an initial deposit and he sent me an agreement via email. I paid the balance in full during our check in. The price was VERY affordable! there were a 5 of us total, and we were very comfortable and were so happy to have a kitchen/living room to hang out and cook our meals in, which saved us some time/money from eating out every day. Overall, i would recommend this place. The place was neatly decorated and stocked with most of all essentials as if you were home. By the way, the whole building is safe and secured. there is a concierge downstairs and a person on watch, making sure whoever enters the building is staying there. We were so Glad and blessed to have found this place!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The two bedroom condo is centrally located and very convenient to downtown Atlanta. The place was very clean and everyone in the building was very friendly. Khan, the rental manager, was very accommodating and made sure our stay was top notch. I hope to stay here again very soon!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About: I have been living in this building for the past 15 years and am very familiar with the Downtown area. I am readily available most of the time and make it a point to greet my guests personally whenever I can. I also prefer escorting my guests to their units as this way I can interact with them and get to know them and their interest in visiting Atlanta.
Why Atlanta:
This property is right across the street from 'The Hyatt's Hotel' and in my opinion is the finest place to live in Downtown.
I would not even dream of trading it with any other location.
The first eight years of my living here I did not even have a car and never felt the need for it. I find the public transportation to be so much better, convenient and even cheaper
I call this area 'The mini Manhattan of New York NY..

Fine dining restaurants as well as a Food court for the budget minded visitor. Plenty of taxi's buses and Marta all within a couple of blocks.
The building it self has a Chinese restaurant a small convenience store together with a well stocked liquor store on the ground floor with a great restaurant/bar right across the street which had it's grand opening only last week
