Enjoy the lake view and breeze from the sliding glass doors which line the whole lake side of the house. Doors all open onto a deck or a patio. Off the dining area is a large screened in porch.
Built in the 60’s the house is a modern bi-level. On the 1st level, which you first enter, is the kitchen, large dining area/living area, three bedrooms and 1 and half baths. On the lower level you will find a family room, laundry room, 3 more bedrooms, and a bathroom.The house has central heat and air-conditioning.
The kitchen is furnished with utensils, cookware, and china. There is a big refrigerator, range, double ovens, microwave, coffee maker, and a toaster. For the outdoor gourmet, the charcoal Weber grill is ready. The dining room table seats 12. More tables in the family room and kitchen provide extra seating.
There are linens, a pillow, and a quilt for each bed. Four bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the other bedrooms each have two twins. There is a crib also.
The living room, which is open to the dining room area, is equipped with a television with cable and VCR, and two large sofas. The lower level family room also has a television, VCR. And game table.
It is just a few flights of stairs down to your own private beach. Towels are provided at the house, but we recommend bringing a few extra for the beach. Chairs and rubber duckies are available; just bring your lotion and your swimsuit.
